I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I hired Skylight Montreal to install a skylight, and within a few months, it started leaking. What’s worse is that when I reached out to report the issue, the response was slow and dismissive. I expected a professional company to stand by their work, but instead, I was met with excuses and delays. The leak has caused water damage to my ceiling, and I’ve now had to bring in another contractor to fix what Skylight Montreal should have done right the first time. Poor workmanship and even worse customer service. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want peace of mind and a job done properly.

Hello, we are sorry for the inconvenience that you may have experienced. We make sure that all our customers get the best customer service and proper services regarding our skylights. Unfortunately, we could not help you Mr. Henrique Coelho because we do not offer our services in your town. We also offered you to call a professional local roofer in order to take care of any issue that you may have encountered either with your roof and/or skylight. Thank you.

Michel and his team did an outstanding job fixing the skylight in one of my buildings in Westmount. The skylight is now sparkling clean and lets in an incredible amount of natural light. Impressively, he managed to completely repair it from outside, which made the process smooth and hassle-free. He showed up on the scheduled day, was very reasonable on pricing, and to top it off, he's just a genuinely great person to deal with. Highly recommended!

Hello M. Fraser, I am just wondering why you gave us 1 star rating? I refused to take your skylight because I am really busy with previous customers and unfortunately can't take your job that I explained to you. I do a very good job, I have a lot of loyal clients and would not mind having you as a client next year. Have a nice day.

Our (ancient) skylight seemed to be leaking so we called Skylights Montreal to come check it out. The guy was able to come over on the same day, and much to our surprise explained why the steady drops of water we'd noticed earlier were not …
