  Extremely poor followup service to fix defects in their work. Months and months of phone calls, emails and empty promises from our account manager. Beyond disappointing considering how expensive this job was.

  This summer, I used Pareco for the second time. Both times, I was more than satisfied with the quality of their work. I always felt they did everything professionally and without rushing to complete the contract. I highly recommend them.

  Contract signed in November 2020, and as stipulated in the contract, the deadline to begin work was December 2, 2020. This date was met! Due to Hydro-Québec's high-voltage power lines, they used a motorized ladder to get everything onto the roof of my four-unit building in Verdun, which is three and a half stories high. Professional work, good warranty, courteous, competitive prices. I had a problem with my cornice, and they found a solution to repair it. A few days ago, the skylight was leaking, and Mr. Luc Paré (owner) came himself to assess the problem. 24 hours later, two of his men were on my roof removing the skylight in order to reattach it to a solid Etafoam base. I'm relieved, because I believe that it's when a problem arises that we can truly judge a company's professionalism. Choosing a company to redo your roof isn't easy! I had several quotes from different companies, but my intuition, which is based on trust, didn't let me down!

  Pareco responded quickly to my request for an inspection of a roof they installed 10 years ago. The roof is still in perfect condition. They were punctual and very friendly.
