  Horrible customer service first was told I wasnt gonna pay anything out of pocket, that they would get insurance to pay it full. They have you sign a general contract for work (DONT SIGN IT) they will try to convince you to get more money out of the insurance (fraud) and when you say no they get mad about it. They won't give you a quote until your insurance approves and they first want to see how much got approved and thats exactly what they charge for the roof. I paid them 17,000 (when several other companies quoted me 9,000 and they still wanted me to pay them a 4,000 deductible which when they came to my door to offer services they said (you will not pay anything it will all be covered with what the insurance sends) . Now that im trying to give my home insurance proof of the new roof they sent me an invoice saying its not paid in full (they wanted to pay them 4,000 more) they claim thats the deductible which they told me I want gonna have from the start ! DONT HIRE THEM TRUST ME !

  Not pleased with their customer service. They installed our new roof 2 years ago. I have called, left messages, sent e mail, for them to come and do another inspection. Cannot get in contact, no response. Warranty comes with free yearly inspection. Called for an inspection last year. Was told they’d come, but they never did. Our new roof seems okay, but i agree with all the other negative reviews. Pressure, unprofessional.

  If I could give it 0 stars I would… They are harassing my elderly parents, going by their house everyday, honking their horn when they don’t answer the door, made them sign a contract in English, my parents are both Spanish speaking. I personally spoke to Luis S about my parents situation and instead of hearing me out, he was very rude to me, started screaming/raising his voice which I never did to him, even after my mom told him he could talk to me. Very unprofessional and rude!

  Skylight Roofing came to my home and helped me negotiate with the insurance. They not only left my home looking better than before but also did a fantastic job in replacing my roof. Very kind people and hard working as well. Got the job done in 1 day and looked impressive. Definitely will be recommending to others in the future.
