Got a call from one of representatives to come do an estimate last Saturday, no show and no call. Very irresponsible. I ended up calling someone else with much better service

We apologize for the confusion here Hector. We do not have any phone logs calling out to you by one of our representatives. We debriefed him and said you were looking for a Siding company because your BBQ pit was too close to your trailer house and charred a couple horizontal pieces when you called in . We do not sell, carry, install viinyl siding. Might want to check manufacturer..

They came to my house assuming it was owner in a black Denali 2500 with no ladder and ask to see inside of house to see where the leaks are in order to get a reference on where to look on roof. He then said he didn’t have ladder and needed …

We had no capacity or authority to move foward with approval Mr Perez. I did what I could which was go out and perform an inspection. Roof was wet. Drizzle had just stopped. Steep roof. We identified the problem as your mother pointed to the affected area and I immediately knew what the solution was and I communicated it over to your warranty company. I'd be glad to come out and repair this for free to have this review become a 5 star review. We apologize for miscommunication. We had no authority or capacity to determine coverage. We are willing to make this right for you! Please reconsider removing this bad review as it tarnishes our name. We have solutions to any construction repair. Thank you Mr Perez. Feel free to contact me personally.

I had a great experience working with Rey and the entire crew at Above Quality Roofing. From start to finish, they were easy to work with, professional, and very knowledgeable about the entire roofing process. What I appreciated most is that they never pressured me into making a decision. Instead, they took the time to explain my options and let me make the choice that was best for me. That kind of honesty and professionalism goes a long way. They even went above and beyond by helping me find some general maintenance labor to take care of a few “honey-do” projects around the house. That work was also handled pleasantly and professionally. Overall, just great people who genuinely seem to care about their customers. I’d put Rey, Above Quality Roofing, and the entire staff up against anyone in the business. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality work, honest communication, and people you can trust. Gracias, Rey, Above Quality Roofing, and the entire crew! You guys were great!

I reached out to Above Quality roofing when a shower was leaking water into the hallway. Rey walked me through the process of filing a claim. Insurance had issued a check, but nowhere close to what was needed to cover the damages and repair. Rey was very knowledgeable and made sure insurance covered their part. I paid my deductible but glad I called Above Quality roofing in San Juan to take care of my home.
