I want to highlight a serious safety issue with Single Ply Roofing that has nothing to do with their craftsmanship. Recently, I witnessed one of their company trucks loaded with shingles driving recklessly on a California freeway. The driver was speeding at around 90 mph in the carpool lane—with only one person in the vehicle. This is not just illegal, it’s outright dangerous and irresponsible. The lack of concern for public safety here is shocking, and it reflects incredibly poorly on their company’s values. If they’re willing to risk the lives of others on the road with such reckless behavior, it raises serious concerns about the overall accountability of their team. I have photos as proof and am deeply disappointed to see this level of disregard on our public roads.

Awful company. The owner is reckless and hazardous. Will never use this service.

Emma, we don't have any record of doing business with you at all. Please share more details about what kind of experience you have had as a residential or commercial roofing customer and we will be glad to respond. If on the other hand this is a complaint about one of our company vehicles on the road, please know that our staff are committed to driving carefully and safely, following the rules of the road, and even then this is not an accurate indication of the level of roofing service we provide.

I hired Single Ply Roofing Experts in January 2026 for a full roof replacement on 22 buildings at Tierra Vista condominium in Lake Forest. We told them we wanted to start with one roof first, and if they did a great job, we had 21 more buildings lined up for them. They definitely delivered. Communication was always clear and responsive, the crew showed up on time every day, and the quality of the work has been very professional. The only days they didn’t work were when it was too windy, which I actually appreciated because materials can blow off the roof in those conditions. As soon as they tore off the old roof, they brought in plumbers to fix the drains right away, which showed they were doing things the right way. I needed this job done 100% correctly, especially after some bad experiences with other contractors, and the results have been fantastic. The roofs look great, the residents are happy, and we’re very satisfied overall. They even pressure washed the roofs at the end to make sure everything was sealed properly and there were no leaks! I was able to climb up on the roof myself, ask questions, and the crew always took the time to explain things. That meant a lot to me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work. — Bryan HOA President, Tierra Vista Lake Forest, California 03/22/2026

Single Ply Roofing Experts is by far the most professional and efficient roofing contractor I’ve worked with in my time in the construction industry. I’m always pleased to work with this company as I know they’re on time, provide as much information as necessary to get the job done, and take their safety measures seriously and expect the same from us as distributors. I highly recommend using their services as I know their work is as accurate and do it with a positive attitude.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Single Ply Roofing Experts on a commercial roofing project, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was highly professional, responsive, and efficient. They took the time to thoroughly inspect the property, discuss all possible options, and provide a detailed estimate that covered everything we needed. From a weathered commercial roof to a clean, reflective roofing system, Broadway Tower in Santa Ana received a complete rooftop transformation. This large-scale project required careful planning around the building’s numerous rooftop penetrations, equipment, raised sections, perimeter walls and transitions. Our team prepared the existing roof surface and completed the installation in organized sections, maintaining close attention to every critical area throughout the process. The finished single-ply roofing system creates a bright, uniform roof surface while providing dependable protection against Southern California’s sun, heat and changing weather conditions. The reflective membrane can also help reduce the amount of solar heat absorbed by the building compared with a darker roof surface. Projects of this size are about more than covering the roof field. Seams, penetrations, drainage areas, transitions and perimeter details all need to work together as one complete system. That attention to detail is what helps protect the building and supports reliable long-term roof performance. Swipe through to see Broadway Tower before construction, during installation and after completion. If your commercial property has an aging, damaged or underperforming flat roof, Single Ply Roofing Experts can evaluate its condition and recommend the right repair, restoration or replacement solution.Aug 15, 2026Learn more
