  This company cold calls you to try to get appointments. They cold called me and once they found out I wouldn’t do an appointment the agent started being very rude. Figured it was a lead generating company that silver horn contracts to get leads. So I called into silver horns number directly to let them know their agency they contract is rude. But the agent notified me they call directly and don’t contract. So it’s just them cold calling and being rude

  Hi William. I think you might have us confused with another company. We only contact people who have filled out an online form requesting a quote from us. No cold calls. Also...I don't see your name in our system so I don't know how anyone from our team would have contacted you. This would also be the first time I've ever gotten feedback that someone from our appointment setting team was rude to a customer.   They advertised a satellite estimate of my roof. Once I input my info they try to schedule a consultation. That is not what was advertised.its a roof not heart surgery, do as you advertised!

  Hi Mr. Campos. We can do virtual estimates and we do them quite often but it’s always better to view the property in person because there are things we can't see via satellite. By attempting to schedule an in person consultation we are only trying to provide you with the best customer service and the most accurate estimate possible. We can still provide you with a virtual estimate but please keep in mind that most companies that give virtual estimates still require a site visit before they proceed with construction. This is to protect both parties and make sure there are no costly surprises during construction.

  Micah did an amazing job of patiently answering the many questions I had about the process and products used for my home's re-roofing project. His communications were timely and informative, and I didn't feel as though my time was being wasted (unlike with many other contractors I've worked with in the past). His team arrived exactly when Micah said they would and hammered out the project in half a day! They took precautions to protect my property with tarps to catch anything that had fallen off the roof. When the team was done they fully cleaned up after themselves. Outside of the new roof, I couldn't even tell they were here once they had left! An amazing experience from start to finish, and it stands out as one of the absolute best results I've seen as a homeowner. I would (and have!) absolutely recommend Silver Horn Roofing to friends and family, and I don't do that unless I'm completely satisfied. I can't say enough positive things about this company, especially Micah and his team.

  Josh and his team were OUTSTANDING! He was there for us in every step of the process, to include insurance and what to expect. We highly recommend Silver Horn Roofing!! During the installation of the roof, Josh supplied us with real time pictures of progress of the roof. One of the best in South Texas!

  Josh and Hector did a great job on my roof. They were able to get it done the week after I called them to inquire about getting a roof. They were great with communicating the process to me. The workers were on time with an early start and did a good job cleaning up.

  I should have picked silver horn roofers for our project, they were upfront, profesional and honest about their quote and assessment of wind damage and working with our insurance, they were the only company willing to do the supplements ahead of time Josh was super personable and through, took pictures of everything inside and out to ensure best practices, other companies pretended we would only pay our deductible and then slammed us with extras left and right. That kind of surprise would not have happened had I picked silver roof

  Top notch!! Josh and Hector, are very professional and efficient. I received a more than reasonable quote and a thorough and honest inspection of my old roof. The work was completed in one day and the cleanup was immaculate. I highly recommend Silver Horn Roofing!
