  I called for a quote on a new roof and the receptionist took my information. It took 2 days for one of their roof experts to call me back and set a date to visit. On the date in question I did not receive a phone call or to my knowledge did anyone visit to look at my roof. It is now almost a week later and still no quote.

  Hate to be the dissenter, but my experience with Cypress Roofing was not satisfactory. I had wind damage to a residential roof in early May. Cypress was very responsive at first, but one delay after another ensued. I approved the proposed work, but I had to initiate all communications thereafter, and could never get a straight answer on when the work would be performed. When I finally got a date, Cypress failed to show up, and I was told for the first time I was not even scheduled because I had not signed a Cypress work proposal. Problem is I never received a proposal for the work Cypress wanted to perform! This was after nearly three weeks of delays and several rain storms with water coming through my roof. By then I’d had enough and contacted another company. Three days later my repairs were done. Due to any lack of communication, I am not even sure if Cypress knows to this day that I hired another roofing company.

  Anthony Felps could not have made this process of getting a new roof any easier. Every time we had a question or called him his response was concise & immediate. The crew he sent over was great polite & hardworking. Getting a new roof makes a big mess but when they left our yard was cleaner than before they started, Highly recommend Cypress Roofing & especially Anthony ! Thanks so much, Kirk & Cathi McIver

  Cypress Roofing just completed the Standing Seam Metal roof on my home. Anthony was my point of contact during the entire process. I can't say enough in regards too the outstanding service and professionalism of both Cypress Roofing and Anthony. Anthony kept me updated throughout the entire process and followed up at the completion of the job. I highly recommend Cypress Roofing and Anthony for any of your roofing needs.

  Highly recommend Cypress Roofing. Anthony walked me through every step of the process. His experience and recommendations helped convert my eye sore roof into a focal point for a reasonable price. Communication was great throughout and I never felt like I was being pushed in any direction, just provided with info I needed to make decisions. Couldn’t be happier with how the project turned out.
