Please do not use this business.. if you have any issues with service please file a claim against them with the state of Florida department of regulations or get an attorney because the overall experience is horrible . FYI to please make sure to watch for the names associated with this business as well. Stay far clear

If I could give a negative 10 I would. No response from builder, roof leaks since install. Will be filing formal complaint with State. Tiles are falling off, the worst install ever.

Came out to do a quote never gave me a quote after repeated calls. Left with a leaking roof. Waste of time!!

Just terrible, this roof will not last. On the quote they said they would install the nails required to pass a home inspection. TO CODE as the quote says. Well, it did not pass inspection. They did not watch their crew to make sure they were using the correct nails. They made excuses for why my inspector could not find one correct nail. The city of Lake Wales inspector does not even have a ladder. City just signs off on whatever roof looks new so don't trust them to fail a roof that is not done correctly.

Do not use this company. There are so many more reliable and ethical companies than this one. Those of you that gave them 4 or 5 stars, just wait awhile. They did my roof 5 years ago. My roof …

I had the same experience as Dottie Wentz. It has now been 4 years since my new roof was put on. The first leak appeared a year later. I was told the same thing....we had a hurricane and the warranty is void. After several phone calls someone finally came out and looked at the roof but never got off the ladder. More phone calls and John came and ran water on the roof but couldn’t get it to leak. The next day it leaked more than ever. More months go by and they sent a couple men to replace a section of the roof for $800. I’m giving them one star because I can’t give a 0. I guess they deserve 1, because they were nice enough to discount $100 for replacing the section with the wrong color shingles. I now have 3 more leaks. The roof covers 6 rooms and 4 of the 6 rooms have leaks.

I have to admit. These people know how to take advantage of people. Not even 3 yrs down the road and I have leaks. I called and they tell me they wont come out to fix it because we had a hurricane. No we didn't! It was the remnants of one by the time it got here and the winds never got over 70mph! I'm having to pay someone else to fix what they should have fixed when they put the new roof on then. They didnt replace the vents and the old ones are too short for the thickness of the new shingles!

Will always use signature roofing from now on. Very friendly , timely, and perfect work. I would recommend signature roofing for all your general contractor and roofing needs!!!! All other roofers in the area the I contacted either didn’t show up , had poor customer service , or was not communicative. Without a doubt the only choice for roofing or contractor work!

The company was very knowledgeable and prompt in getting a crew to bid, contract and replace my roof. They commenced the job fairly soon after and they worked efficiently to get it done. They cleaned as they went and were safety conscious in the way they worked. My new roof looks great!

Our house looks amazing! Everything about this company is outstanding. Every time I called Bryan he answered the phone. NO ONE does that anymore! Phone calls usually go to voice mail or unanswered. His crew did an amazing and timely job. Would highly recommend them. Thanks for the outstanding customer service Bryan.

Bryan Weil was easy to deal with. He answered our questions with knowledgeable replies about the new roofing process and materials to be used. My calls to him were always answered promptly. The 6 men did the job in the day I would recommend Signature Roofing to anyone looking for work needed on their roof.

Not only was my roof replaced in one day but the two young men doing the repairs inside my house are the most courteous and considerate men that I have ever had the pleasure of working with

Signature Roofing and Construction did an amazing and beautiful job on our roof. We are so pleased with how quick and efficient they were. We are already asking them to do more jobs for us, one on our porch, and on another roof. We highly recommend them!
