Still waiting for estimates for 2 roofing jobs, me and my neighbor, it’s been 4 weeks. The guy who came seemed very nice and reliable…no thanks. So much for those good reviews I read

Your estimates were emailed on june 17th. We dont know why you did not recieve your email, it shows on our end sent and recieved If you did not recieve them then a simple call to the office would have gotten a faster response than waiting a month to post a 1 star review. Thank you.

Estimates are too high! My home is less than 1000 sq. ft. For a new roof? $5200! Have mercy!

The work done was amazing....however one of your workers stole from my back porch and was in and out of my storage shed which no one had any business in

This company is very poor at scheduling and returning accurate messages to clients and potential clients. The gentleman who handles the incoming customer calls is very ornery, and unwilling to help the customers.

I had a new roof installed by Budget Roofing, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They provided the lowest of the three estimates I received, but there was never any compromise in quality or service. A special thank you to William, who was outstanding from start to finish. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, followed through on everything he promised, and was always available to answer my questions. It's refreshing to work with someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction. The crew did an excellent job, completed the work professionally, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. If you're looking for a roofing company that offers fair pricing, excellent communication, and dependable service, I highly recommend Budget Roofing—especially William!

Thank you for this, Lin. Tracking a leak back to its real source takes time, and we would rather find it right than rush you into work you do not need. We are glad the inspection gave you answers, and we appreciate you sending your neighbors our way. Call us anytime. - The Budget Roofing Team

Brianna, thank you for such a thorough review. The terrific, hard-working crew replaced my roof in one day. This included repairs to the sheathing. I could not be more pleased with the outcome and highly recommend this company. Special thanks to Chris and William for both their professionalism and kindness. Kudos to the crew!

Thank you, Dawn. A full roof with sheathing repairs finished in a single day takes a crew that really knows what they are doing, and we are proud of them. We will make sure Chris and William hear your kind words. Enjoy the new roof. - The Budget Roofing Team

Insurance required new roof due to age of existing roof. Budget Roofing was quick to respond to the request for an estimate and gave a detailed estimate. They were quick to get us on their schedule and did the complete job in 2 days. They were on time, did a great job and protected our yard and flower beds with tarps. Our estimate included the price for wood replacement if needed so there were no surprises. We chose Budget roofing due to their length of time in business in Polk County, the reviews and detailed estimate. Our new roof looks great and we choose shingles with a great warranty. We would recommend them for any roofing needs.

We are so glad we could help you navigate that insurance request. Getting a "detailed estimate" isn't just about the price; it is about ensuring your home is protected with the right wood replacement and shingle quality to stand up to our Florida sun. As a team that has served Polk County for decades, we know how important those flower beds and yards are to our neighbors. Thank you for trusting our family and our history to get your roof installation done right in just two days!

10 years later. Budget Roofing did repairs previously on my roof 10 years ago and did such an amazing job that I had no issues. However, the age of our roof, our insurance company made us get a new roof. We had Budget Roofing do the whole job and let me tell you. It has been the absolute best experience. Down to exceptional customer service from start to finish, excellent quality of tearing off the roof to completely installing the new one. I am so pleased and impressed they took care of everything. It looks absolutely beautiful. I felt in good hands throughout the entire process. I would recommend this company to anyone! Thanks again! Budget Roofing Service, Inc. is truly the best roofing company around! They are very attentive to the customer. Great quality work and I love how they are family owned and operated for over 50 years!

Marilyn, a 10 star comment after Milton means a lot. Storm damage and tile roof repairs in the Winter Haven and Polk County area have kept everyone busy, so our whole team was glad to go the extra miles, literally, to get the right tiles from the distributor and keep your repair on schedule. Working without office power and with limited fuel was a challenge for Central Florida, but clear communication and follow through for homeowners like you will always come first. Thank you for recognizing our professionalism, patience, and customer service.

Great company to deal with. Office staff and field manager very professional. Professional roof job. Went beyond the call of duty when workers accidently damaged my AC compressor. Actually replaced it with a new unit. Would do business with them anytime.

Budget Roofing replaced four roofs on my properties. Those roofs have survived three major hurricanes with no damage. My new roofs speak of the quality and durability of the work done by Budget Roofing. Cindy and her team are kind, helpful, and polite. She has assisted me with numerous referrals on other work needs for my homes. Thank you, Cindy, for your kind assistance.

Jaikaran, thank you for the trust on all four properties. Hearing those roofs held up through major hurricanes is exactly why we focus on quality installs across Polk County. Cindy says thank you right back.
