Said they fixed the leak. I called back when the leak continued and no response to calls or text

I’m sorry the leak continued after our visit and that you weren’t able to reach us afterward. This isn’t the level of communication or follow-through we aim for at Sideone Exteriors—please message us here with your address and best contact number so we can get this scheduled to make it right.

Was referred to Sideone by two different companies for gutter repair. I called and left my phone number asking them to call me back so I could get a quote. They didn't return my calls.

Richard, I’m sorry we didn’t return your calls and that you had trouble getting a quote for your gutter repair after being referred to us. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have—if you’re willing, please call us again or message us here with the best number and time to reach you so we can make this right.

Your Review When we had our new garage built in 2014, it took several weeks for them to get to our project, that was the only thing we were frustrated about. After the roofing and siding started, it was completed very quickly and efficiently. Mike was very good to sit down with us and make sure that we were happy with their work. I will recommend their work to anyone. It is the prettiest one in the neighborhood, we get compliments on it all the time. Ray and June Holder

June, thank you for the 5-star review and for your patience with the wait to get started back in 2014. We’re glad once we got rolling the roofing and siding went quickly and that Mike took the time to make sure everything was done the way you wanted. It means a lot to hear you’re still getting compliments and recommending Sideone Exteriors to others.

Mike and his team did a fantastic job on our soffit, fascia and rain gutters on our new home. They advocated for us with the company doing the stucco who didn't want to to it they way I wanted it done. I really appreciated them and their work. I went back to Mike when I needed my cinderblock fence built. Again, they did a fantastic job for me.

Thanks so much, Darla—Mike and the team will really appreciate this. We’re glad we could get your soffit, fascia, and gutters done the way you wanted and help advocate for you during the stucco process. It means a lot that you came back to us for the cinderblock fence too, and we’re grateful for your trust.
