  It seemed like the woman we spoke with couldn't get us off the phone fast enough. I was hung up on mid-sentence. We eventually got quotes from three other local providers, and will be picking one of them for our project shortly.

  I did not hire this company, but they were too busy to chat about estimation for a project in the spring of next year and were very dismissive in communicating that. It definitely does not seem like they value new clients or projects so would recommend looking elsewhere if you value professionalism.

  I have no idea how Side pro has received this high of ratings. The only positive thing I can say is that their salesperson was very nice and helpful - however he lacked basic siding knowledge and home building science knowledge (mainly house waterproofing and moisture/air control) and had difficulty explaining or understanding examples of trim details. Side pro was to re side a complete house. Their crew finally arrived about 3 weeks after expected date and the crew was unaware that the full house needed siding, they were under the impression that only about 1/4 of the house needed to be sided, thus they could not complete the project. When a new crew showed up to complete the work under full understanding of job scope (about 2 weeks later) they did an so - so job. They did work quickly and effectively but rushed through details that turned out extremely sloppy, such as rake wall to roof cuts, uneven door miters (really bad in that category), and really sloppy caulking to drip edge transitions. They also ordered incorrect fascia material, which was written down correctly in the contract - I gave them the okay to install it and let it slide under the condition that it would be fixed with trim work, that trim work turned out very poor and thoughtless. The project manager assigned to the project was overall short with his attitude and somewhat of a bully. After one of the first walk troughs he had told me he would fix several things, I was excited because my overall opinion of the company throughout the project was that they weren't there for their client and generally wouldn't see satisfaction to completion. So I distinctly know what he said he would fix and wouldn't fix. However, when the crew came back to complete some things that they left unfinished they said they weren't instructed to fix the things we had agreed upon. I called the office after the PM didn't return my phone calls, they got in touch with the PM and the PM said he never said he would fix anything.

  Took them a long time to complete, workers left garbage and screws all over the area over night. The workers destroyed tenants personal property, but most of the workers can not speak English so you really have no way of communicating …

  We had exterior carpentry work and whole house painting done by SidePro. Estimates and pricing were very reasonable. Crews doing the work did a very thorough job and had great attention to detail on trim, caulking, and areas with multiple colors. We would definitely go with SidePro on future projects, especially Sabino/Santos for carpentry, and Miguel, & crew for painting.

  I was referred to Side-Pros by their competitor (Northern Pacific Exteriors) for siding repair on a home in a HOA. As most people know it can be restricted on what can be done depending on the HOA bylaws and covenant. Instead of spending $25-30K in doing a full backside replacement of the home, which would go through lengthy reviews. And I needed it done before fall weather and rains began. I worked with DJ on an estimate and Faith to coordinate repairs on the +20 year old home. They were able to source the rare siding and make repairs for a fraction of the price. Highly recommended!!!!

  I needed to have old broken shingle siding replaced on the side of my 90 year old house. I had a good idea of what I wanted and Ryan was great at explaining all the options. The bid was very thorough. Billing, scheduling the bid and the work etc was efficient and easy. The crew came did the job and cleaned up immaculately. It looks fantastic and I am confident that it will last another 90 years. It was not the cheapest bid that I got- but it was the bid and the company I had the most confidence in. Thank you Side pro.
