★★★★★ I am absolutely thrilled with the work my contractor and his crew did. These checkerboard floors were my dream floors, and they turned out even more beautiful than I imagined. From day one, they really listened to what I wanted and paid attention to all the little details that mattered to me. They didn’t just install tile—they helped bring my vision to life. The craftsmanship is incredible, and the layout came out perfectly. What meant the most was how hard they worked to get my powder room finished before my son’s graduation party. They understood how important that milestone was for my family and went above and beyond to make it happen. That level of dedication is hard to find. The crew was professional, respectful, and genuinely cared about the quality of their work. Every time someone walks into my home, the floors are the first thing they notice and compliment. If you’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and truly cares about making your vision a reality, I highly recommend them. I couldn’t be happier with the finished result and am so grateful for everything they did. Thank you for helping make my home feel even more special. ❤️

I bought a home 3 years ago that required a complete renovation. My husband was a contractor who built custom homes, we owned our company so I know when someone is trying to BS me about the work and cost involved in any of the projects I need done. My husband passed nearly 20 years ago. I was quoted by a couple idiots $70,000 to do siding on my 1500 square foot rambler!!! But then I got dripped on in my kitchen during a heavy rain where there is a skylight in my roof….so I think God was on my side when I requested a quote for a roof inspection and Will Silva called back. He worked with me to make it affordable, very fair price and the work was exceptional! I fully back this company and trust Will to handle my projects -there are several more coming up, fencing, electrical, hardwood floors etc. Total relief I won’t need to sift through any more scammers! Thanks Will, you’re a friend for life🤗

We just had Prosperity Roofing replace our entire roof and couldn’t be happier. The crew was fast, careful, and super respectful of our property. They even caught a couple small issues we didn’t notice and fixed them right away. The roof looks clean and modern now, and the price was super fair. Five stars all the way!

Prosperity came out to do an inspection of my roof, positive that I had enough damage to warrant a replacement. Eric did a great job of providing pictures showing damage I had but not enough that my insurance would cover. They repaired the damage at a reasonable cost within a few days. Thanks to Eric for his upfront approach without the usual sales pressure. Highly recommended.
