  Matt and Henna are an absolute pleasure to work with! Professional, patient, honest, and incredibly dedicated, they explained every step of what turned out to be a complex project, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. I originally hired Shigletown to replace a 20-year-old roof with "45-year" shingles that had deteriorated badly, causing leaks, clogged gutters, and leaving granules all around the house. Matt thoroughly inspected both the roof and the attic, brought product samples, communicated clearly throughout the project, and kept me informed every step of the way. The workmanship was exceptional. In addition to installing a premium-quality roof, they replaced damaged siding, installed new underlayment, added gutter guards, cleaned and resealed the entire gutter system, washed the house and even the walkway stones, leaving my home looking like new! Best of all, the final cost much matched the original quote. The work site was kept exceptionally clean, and my home was never left unprotected between stages of the project. Matt and Henna's honesty, integrity, attention to detail, and work ethic are truly outstanding. You can even watch them on YouTube and see their craftsmanship! I wholeheartedly recommend Shingletown. If you're looking for superior workmanship, excellent communication, and a company that genuinely cares about its customers, look no further - you've found the right people.
