I highly recommend Brian with Shingle & Restoration Services LLC. After getting the runaround from several roofing companies, Brian was the first person to arrive prepared with a ladder that could actually reach the area where we suspected the leak was coming from near a roof vent. He quickly identified the problem and had it repaired within 15 minutes. His professionalism, expertise, and efficiency were greatly appreciated. If you're looking for honest and reliable roofing service, Brian is the person to call.

Brian was fantastic! He is someone you can truly trust! He even returned to address a gutter issue with a “trial” of a gutter guard. He was like having a family member or close friend to help us out! We had the shingles restored and a complete repair of nail pops and new caulk where needed. Also needed a vent cap. The roof looks fabulous and we can rest assured that the roof will last a while longer now.

Brian was very good! He did a great inspection of my roof. Made small repairs to help prolong the life of our roof. He treated our roof with his special roof spray to provide flexibility and longer life to our shingles. Gave excellent advice and was on time with his work.

We recently purchased our first home that happened to have a 20-year-old roof. Inspections confirmed the roof was in good shape, but I wanted extra assurance that we could get at least another 5 years out of it before considering replacement. I found out about shingle restoration through a few Google searches and came across Brian’s company, Shingle Restoration Services. He did an excellent job explaining the restoration process and came to our home to inspect the condition of the roof before giving us a quote. After confirming we were eligible for restoration, we scheduled services in the spring and have been very pleased with the results. Brian made a few minor repairs, applied the non-toxic restoration product, and was done with everything in a few hours. The appearance of the shingles improved within a day or so and we have a 5 year warranty should something go wrong. Brian was easy to work with and we had 30-days to make the payment for restoration in full. Highly recommend this service to anyone considering alternatives to replacing their asphalt shingles. Thank you!!

ROOFRESTOR shingle rejuvenator is a penetrant not a topical. If you look closely at the porch roof, you will see remnants of the treatment just 10 minutes prior. The rejuvenator quickly penetrates the shingle, reconstituting the asphalt, and restoring much of the original design characteristics while allowing the roof system to breath. Being a penetrant, allows the treatment to travel deep into the shingle structure increasing its resistance to UV, hail, wind, and water. Add 5 to 15 years to service life at a cost up to 80% less than replacement. Jun 24, 2026
