We used this company years ago for our old house and it took them months to finally come out and do our roof. Once it was done, it was great except for the fact that the owner ended up damaging our shed. We called about that damage and he admitted he was the one who did it and would come out to fix it. 2 years later and it is still not fixed. Now we are in our next home and have a few roof leaks. I did not want to go with this company but decided to call them anyway. The owner said he'd be out in a couple weeks and never showed up but yet he showed up to my in-laws to quote their roof within a day of them calling and before he ever came to our home. After waiting another long time, he finally came out to do our roof. The one part is fixed but the other was still leaking and we have ceiling water damage. He said he'd be out on a certain day and never showed. Called to ask and he said he'd be there after the weekend... never showed. Owner is not reliable and communication sucks. I would not recommend this company.

I just replaced my roof with a high quality class 3 shingled roof. Shad and crew did a great job with clean up and installation. It was completed in a day. Very happy with the results. I would recommend Shadow Ridge Roofing to anyone. The price was a bonus!

I asked Shad Sibert to come and inspect our roof because of some wonderings I had about whether our present shingles needed to be replaced. After he left, I reminded my spouse that that was only the second time in my life when a person …

My husband and I could not be more pleased with Shadow Ridge Roofing. I got 3 estimates and Shadow Ridge was very reasonable and was the best value for the work that needed to be done. The entire process from my first communication with Shad—the owner, to the finished result was outstanding. Shad is an excellent communicator who would rather speak on the phone than text—very refreshing. In addition to the verbal communications, Shad sent pictures throughout the process. When the project was complete the clean up was very thorough. It is important to mention, for women who may be apprehensive about dealing with contractors, that Shad is incredibly respectful, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. Shad and his crew were punctual, professional, and efficient. My husband and I highly recommend Shadow Ridge Roofing.

The whole process was outstanding. I did not expect such a clean, neat, and thorough job. You will be impressed! They removed old roof, removed old chimney, replaced old vents, and actually trimmed overhanging tree branches, too! Price was fair and reasonable. Very professional. Well done, guys!
