Cheap job, uses nails when should have used roll roofing. Roof leaked and collapsed in the house. Refused to fix the issue or help fix. Insurance report states bad workmanship as the cause of the roof collapsed. Would not recommend at all!!

If u didn't have your roof done by them they won't fit you in for a repair. Very unsatisfied.

Mark and his team have been an absolute pleasure to work with and made my exterior home makeover a smooth and stress-free process. From the very beginning, Mark was quick to return my call and always took the time to answer all of my QUESTIONS THROUGHOUT the entire project. The entire team was kind, respectful, and hardworking. I would highly recommend Mark and his team! The attention to detail and pride that he showed daily was exceptional. Thanks Mark!

Mark was excellent. He responded quickly, rescheduled promptly when needed, arrived on time, and fixed our roof in under an hour while clearly explaining the next steps. After days of trying to get other roofers to even show up, his reliability and professionalism saved us a lot of time and frustration. Highly recommend!

We recently need our roof replaced as well as one skylight replaced and another completely removed (was leaking & had leaked before years ago). We had contact a few local companies to get quotes and had varying responses from other companies (some never got back to us or took weeks to come out), however SHADD Roofing and Exteriors definitely stood out as the best choice! Right from the beginning, Mark was easy to talk to, he explain all the different options that we could go with as well as suggested a colour that would look great on our house. As this was our first time dealing with replacing a roof we definitely had a lot of questions however Mark made it easy for us to decide what to do. Mark and his crew at SHADD Roofing and Exteriors are extremely polite, personable, professional, efficient, quick and completed a great job at a reasonable price. Our kids loved seeing what the crew was doing through the process and the crew were awesome with the kids. We highly recommend SHADD Roofing and Exteriors for all your roofing needs!
