After speaking with another customer, we have learnt that their call center is notoriously unresponsive. Apparently, getting a hold of anyone for a quote or an update is a huge headache.

Had roof done with new skylight in 2017. Skylight leaked month after install. Refused to repair damage to ceiling inside house. My contractor sent bill which was ignored. Had new siding and soffets installed this summer by new company and they noticed they shingled over rotted board. Very disappointed.

Your driver drove down Erieshore drive at 5pm on Fri Oct 2. The posted speed limit is 20. He was going at least 60 even that he was yelled at to slow down.

Terribly rude employees. They did work on the condo that I live at. Used my outside electrical outlet without asking. Then gave me big time attitude when I questioned them about it.

I have dealt with JEM Roofing for 14 years now. They have always been very prompt in responding to my needs, from a simple job like shingling my garage/workshop roof to dealing with a 1904 full two story house with a very steep roof and five (5) layers of shingles that needed to be removed and disposed of. Last Friday in the 100km+ winds we lost one row of shingles off our house roof. Knowing they are closed on Saturday, I called just to leave a message for Monday. Not only was someone in the office to handle emergency calls, she arranged for a crew to be at my house Saturday afternoon. The two men who responded were very courteous, did a great job, showed me pictures of the roof before and after the repair and even cleaned up and took away the shingles that had blown to the ground. If there were six starts, I would give the staff at JEM Roofing six.

I recently had a small repair done and was initially overcharged due to an error. While that was frustrating at first, I have to say I was very impressed with how the company handled the situation. Once I brought it to their attention, they …

After a major storm event, Gem came and repaired/replaced my damaged roof. Four years later, when a minor leak occurred at a flashing, Karen quickly assured us that she would schedule us immediately. It was scheduled via email. Daylan (sp), from Gem, confirmed the visit and attended to the problem. He explained what had happened and, via pictures that he took, showed how he addressed the problem. Though I hope that I don’t need another roof in the near future, I can recommend them without reservations.

I’m so happy with my end result! JEM was able to do just what I envisioned for our little cottage. Their staff was friendly, professional and answered all my questions. Karen in the office was pleasant and kept me informed on the progress when we weren’t there.

Worked with JEM Roofing to install new soffits and fascia on my home. The team was quick to come to the home for an estimate, talked with me about my options and worked with me to choose the right options. Due to supply delays the installation date was changed multiple times, but Paul got in touch provided an explanation and worked hard to make sure the install was done ASAP. Installation took the better part of a day, the team was polite, professional and kept the work area clean. I'd recommend putting JEM Roofing & Exteriors on your list when considering options for a roof installation or repair.

I hired JEM for a much needed roof replacement. They were very prompt with getting back to me and were very organized through the entire process. The guys did a great job on the roof and I will be recommending JEM to anyone looking.
