The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Seald Commercial Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
What reviewers keep mentioning
Topics Google extracted from this business’s reviews, with how many mention each. These are words that appeared in reviews, which is not the same as a service the business sells.

David and his team did a fabulous job. We had a problemtic transitional edge from the original roof to an addition roof that was lower. They came in and solved the issue. A slight leak showed up months later, they were back to resolve it for good. I will definately use them again. Good work Gentlemen!

I recommend David and his team to anyone considering roof coating/ drain repair. We have an older tin roof with a slope and an internal drain. Not an easy task. They took care of the issues, photographed the situation/s so we understood, consulted with us about the remedy and worked very efficiently. I am very pleased with the experience. Exceptional Service-Thank You

Very good prices and fast service. Patched two leaks in my roof and they haven't had any problems with leaking since then.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 4 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 4, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Seald Commercial Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
