  I have been doing repair work in my house. One area was the second floor back porch soffit which had been extensively damaged by squirrels. Mike responded to my phone call and set up an appointment within a few days. Very professional and transparent. After viewing the damage I asked if he still wanted to do it. I had four other companies prior to Roof Duck and they did not give me an estimate or returned phone calls. One company arrived and the workers said they couldn’t do it. I wished I would have seen Roof Duck earlier rather than these other companies. Chris and Casey did a phenomenal job. This was not an easy project. It was difficult to access the soffit but after discussion they were able to figure it out. They had to remove the new gutter system another company had installed over the damage and then replace it. They reinforced beams and completed the project in two days. They were professional, cleaned up after they were finished and did quality workmanship. Can’t say enough about this company. Again I wished I had found them sooner.

  We were very pleased with our experience working with Roof Duck on our full house siding project. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and committed to delivering a quality finished product. The completed project turned out exactly as we had envisioned, and we couldn't be happier with the final result. Like any large home improvement project, we encountered a few hiccups along the way. What stood out most was how Rood Duck handled them.   Benaiah (Ben) from Roof Duck LLC was fantastic! He came out to fix the siding on my home and handled everything with professionalism, honesty, and a great attitude. The repair was not exactly a “walk up, snap it back, and call it a day” situation, but Ben still took the time to assess it properly and make sure it was done right. One thing that really impressed me was that Ben used a drone to survey the roof. The high-definition quality was excellent, and it gave a clear view of the condition of the entire roof without anyone having to climb up unnecessarily. I appreciated that Roof Duck LLC uses a more modern approach that improves visibility while also helping protect employee safety and reduce risk. He was easy to communicate with, respectful of my home, and clearly knows what he’s doing. I also appreciated that he was willing to help even when the job required a little extra effort — the kind of thing that makes you say, “Yep, this is why you call a pro.” Highly recommend Ben and Roof Duck LLC.   After a crazy storm, Mike was walking in our neighborhood and we stared talking about the damage. When I said that ours was minimal, but our ridge vent had flopped up, he offered to come back later that afternoon to tarp it down. He kept his word, tarpped it to prevent further damage and took pictures to submit to insurance. Mike was very efficient, thorough, and was patient in explaining the wear on the roof. He was great to work with!
