I just thought it's not cool. I was told they do free estimate but I was not told that inspection has a flat rate fee of 350$ i did not debate anymore because I dont want stress. So I just gave the 350.. I dont like debate. But not cool for not telling about the inspection charge. Of course you can't make an estimate unless you do inspection. .

Last winter I had leak in my tile roof. Called Salinas Valley Roofing. They sent someone within hours. They found broken tiles and the underlayment was bad. Do to covid we were not able to replace the underlayment at that time. So he replaced the broken tiles for now to stop the leak. Last week we called Salinas Valley Roofing to come back and remove the tile and install the new underlayment and put back the existing tiles. Thanks for all your help. Great job.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 12 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 12, of which 8 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Salinas Valley Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
