I called to schedule an emergency roof inspection due to a leak and the earliest appointment is 10 days out. I had high hopes for this company due to all the services they provide, but having to wait 10 days, when I need the service yesterday is disappointing.

Sorry we could not schedule an appointment earlier. As you can imagine, we get lots of calls when the rain comes, and we schedule on a first come first serve basis. We really do try to get to everyone quickly, but can't always make that happen.

Over charge me for roof repairs and no warranty for repairs job. The roof did not get repaired, still leaking. Refuse to refund. This is like Rob your money. I will never use this company.. Rob people money and over charge. Compare the price before choose this company

I had a concern about leaking inside my house at a vent - and called Primo to confirm some suspicious about what could be causing it and to get a quick look at what I thought could be concern areas, to see if a proper inspection or more would be needed. I got everything I hoped for and more - friendliness, professionalism, honesty, prompt work, and a list of best-practice recommendations/options and costs for each. This is the kind of service that keeps customers coming back. Thanks Premo and we'll be sure to call when anything on the list is more than just a concern.

Premo Roofing did an exceptional job on our new roof installation. They were timely and completely professional. There are many roofers to choose from. But if you want the best, Premo will do the job. There are other roffers that make promises and have no intention of living up to them. When Premo makes a promise, they keep it.
