Simple residential job in Billerica. Noticed some water leaking a week after completion, called up the company, and they said their crews were out in Salem and couldn’t get by to check on the leaky P-vent until the end of the week. Roof was still under warranty, but the damage to the drywall and hardwood floors might take months to fix.

I was looking for a roof quote. The owner indicated that he would schedule a time for a rep.to stop by to discuss. Instead, a few days later, I noticed someone lurking in my yard. I did not give permission for this individual to walk on my property. I reached out to the owner and found him to be very rude and unprofessional. Needless to say I did not hire them to do my roof. If this is how the owners behavior is before work is done, I can imagine how he would be if there was an issue after the work is done.

We decided to replace the roof as a preventive measure (26 years old) and reached out to a number of companies for advice and estimates. Of all, Salemi stood out from the start. Unlike the others, there was zero sales pressure, no ‘spouse must be present’ tactics, no multiple hours in the house pressuring to ‘sign now’, no intimidation. Jason was 100% professional, prepared, thorough in explanation and education. Within 30 minutes I had an estimate and understood the project. We booked Salemi a few days later. The crew showed up as scheduled, worked efficiently for a couple of days, and did everything we discussed. Nick organized and planned how the crew would execute and monitored to ensure quality. We did a walkthrough afterwards and he pointed out a few items needing attention before I did and had the team back right away to resolve. Replacing a roof can be a stressful and expensive project. Hiring Salemi was a great decision… no stress, reasonable cost, quality work. Highly recommend!

I was browsing around and found this company and I couldn’t be happier. This is hands down the most successful and efficient company I ever encountered. Very organized, clean work, fast and well worth everything. I recommend this to anyone who needs work on their house. I will be telling everyone about this and call him for any future work. Well done!

From the initial estimate for a new roof to the installation, everything was professional. Pricing was excellent, no pressure and the crew worked 13 hours to remove 2 sets of shingles and put new roofing on our house and the shed. Cleanup was awesome. Very impressed.
