Mike Leary and his crew did a fantastic job on my roof project. They installed a new roof, skylights and ice melt cables. The installation and cleanup was perfect. I highly recommend Leary Roofing to anyone looking to have a roof or other exterior work installed on their home.

Mike and his crew did an excellent job replacing our roof and skylights. Their speed and efficiency was just amazing to watch. I also appreciated Mike's patience in explaining the pros and cons of the various roof options. The work was done on-time and on-budget - can't say enough good things!

Mike and his crew were great. He was referred by a friend and now I owe my friend a dinner! Price was right, the work was done on time and on budget. The neighbors complimented the new roof and front porch. (Yes, he does porches, too!) If something needs fixing at my house again, Mike si the only person I will call!

The Leary team did an excellent job installing a roofing system on our house -- including cleaning up after a previous contractor who botched the job. Communication was excellent, the price was fair, and the work was completed ahead of schedule. Great job!

Mike and crew did an excellent job when they replaced our roof and skylights. They were professional, efficient, worked full days and were very accommodating and conscientious of noise (both my spouse and I work from home). The estimation was easy, accurate and Mike was very responsive before, during and after the job was completed. The roof and skylights are beautiful and we’re very happy with the results. Strong recommendation across the board!

Mike Leary Contracting did an amazing job replacing and upgrading our roof, gutters, and soffits. Mike and his team are clear masters of the trade, with extraordinary attention to detail in their work; many years of experience on projects of all types; and deep knowledge of different product lines, construction methods, and best practices (and how those have changed over time). In planning for the project, Mike meticulously and honestly laid out different options and costs, and he and his team thoroughly answered our questions throughout the decision-making process and during the project's execution. The project presented some unusual challenges that Mike and his team tackled with great skill and precision. The entire crew was always friendly and professional. Overall, we could not be happier with the final results and how they have significantly improved and transformed our home. This is an outstanding company, very highly recommended.

Mike Leary Contracting did a superior job replacing our roof last month. The crew of 8 was excellent, efficient and thorough, protected our bushes, deck and yard, and did a beautiful job on the roof and trim. They finished in one day. This is the 3rd roof Mike Leary has done for us. From estimate through installation and cleanup, everything was done exceptionally well and made the day so easy for us. We absolutely give them five stars!

I needed to have all my fascia and soffit redone along with new gutters. I struggled finding the right contractor. I got several quotes from Angie’s List referrals, but it wasn’t until I met Mike Leary that I pulled the trigger. Mike came out to see the job the same I day I called and provided a detailed quote the next day. I chose to go with Mike even though he wasn’t the lowest quote, and I am so happy I did! His crew was phenomenal! They ripped out all the old soffit and properly framed the overhangs so the new soffit could be properly secured. They then wrapped all the rake and fascia with white aluminum. It came out great, and now we don’t have to worry about all the birds nests and critters getting into our house. The job took about a week, and at the end of every day the crew completely cleaned the work area by storing all ladders/staging neatly in my backyard and picked up all trash. You couldn’t even tell they were there. I am so happy I chose Mike Leary Contracting, and I highly recommend reaching out to them if you want high quality at a fair price with clear communication during the entire project. Thank you to the entire Leary Contracting team!

Mike Leary Contracting replaced my roof and one skylight. They are very professional, from the initial meeting, to the bid, materials selection, overnight of the project and follow-up. The crew was amazingly efficient, working together like a well oiled machine. I am pleased with the outcome.

Mike and his crew replaced the roof on my garage and sunroom. They did a great, professional job. They matched the shingles to the house and the rook looks amazing. The crew worked incredibly hard and finished the job in one day and left the property cleaner than when they started. The price was fair and lower than the other quote we received.
