  One client just reminded me somebody complained me, I think I need to say something too. First I appreciate Mr Genadi gave us job. We did his roof on 2019, 3 years ago. From the beginning I have feeling he will give me hard time . We need business, but we need to respect too , your attitude to me is very rude and impolite ,I am sorry to say that . you complained you can not control our work on the ground . We explained to you we used regular shingle as starter shingle . That is normal way we do the job ?. last week that was Sunday (Mar/06/2022), you texted me and asked ?I must go to see you in same day ? . Via the message , I asked if your roof is problem or not . you did not reply message (Mar 4 ,5,6 2022) , this 3 days weather were good and no snow on the roof, where does water come from your roof? I explained if you see the wet on your attic wood , that maybe condensation , we can help to check and solve it . But you ordered me to go to see you Sunday . unfortunately . That day I was away , Via the message I promised to see you next Monday. Then you wrote complaint here. Even next day I still went to see you and waited for you until 4:00pm after you came back from work . You did not allow me to enter your house to check your roof. So what do you want us to do ? I know everybody make money hardly , but we also do not work for free, we did your job if roof is really problem , we will solve your problem , we never hide and never deny .   I signed the contract with Elvis 4 months ago and he kept delaying the work. Now he is going to break the contract. Checked with other roofing companies that the price has go up more than 30% if we sign another contract. Please DO NOT sign contract with him!!!Contract is meaningless to him.

  Met with Elvis in May 2022 and worked out the details of getting the roof shingles replaced. He confirmed that the work will be completed by the end of June 2022. To date the work it still pending and each week I get a new excuse as to why he is unable to complete the work. He does offer a 10 year warranty which I doubt he will have time actually show up to honour that warranty. NOT RECOMMENDED.

  We are very happy with the work completed. It was delivered on time, done extremely well, and clean! We had shingles, soffits, eaves, siding, etc. all done within two days. Elvis and his team were a pleasure to deal with from the beginning to the end.

  I recently had my roof replaced by No 1 Safety Roofing Canada Inc. I received many estimates from other companies, however none could compare to the very reasonable quote from Elvis at No 1 Safety Roofing Canada Inc. Not only was the price very good, but the quality of the work was excellent. Elvis was very easy to talk to, accommodating and a man of his word! His team showed up on time, were extremely hard working, professional and polite. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their roofing needs!

  Elvis' team just replaced my roof. They did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. They were on time and professional. They cleaned up any debris on the lawn/driveway, including my neighbor's. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  Elvis' crew did our roof a bit more close to 4 years ago. A few days ago it was super windy and a shingle was snatched from our roof. I called Elvis about the situation and sent him pictures from my phone. He replied within 3 minutes and promised to send a crew over soon. I kid you not, the team came to our door in 15 minutes. His crew happened to be nearby at another home. Still, that's customer service. No "send me receipt of the job from 4 years ago", no "remind me who you are". His crew is swift and responsible too. They showed me pictures of the repair and explained how and why they did. Very responsible. It all took less than an hour, from my phone call to Elvis to the crew packing up to go with a new shingle replacement. Can't get any better than that. I would recommend Elvis to family and friends. This is not a grab and go group. They stick around and respond when you need them.
