  They didn't get back to questions on their estimate. They used 12 squares for removal and 13+ squares for installation. They do not value customers.

  I would like to identify we fulfilled all your expectations with a complete quote which was scheduled and you did not show at your home and you did not communicate with us to inform us. When our project consultant called you, you informed him you would not be coming home for the quote and wanted to do it over the phone. Our consultant did a very good job giving you all the details and answering your questions about the roof replacement and the details of your costs associated with it. You were very happy and very interested in using us to replace your roof system. A final request was made by you to send you an email with the brochures for the shingles to pick your colors. Through the busy day and then person obligations for the consultants kids, he forgot to email you the brochures. We are truly sorry and thank you for the opportunity to serve you. We fill this simple mistake does not warrant this review but we understand we all have choices to make in life and given the opportunity to correct this little lapse of memory we would have take great care of you and your home. Thank you.

  Took several days to get them to show up to give us a bid. No bid ever came after seeing the problem. Waited and waited for our estimation which never came. We moved on and got it fixed by someone else for much less than I expected.

  Garbage left everywhere! And I mean garbage everywhere, old shingles, concrete from chimney demo, big pink plastic bag that holds shingles, nails, green plastic nail caps, and the best of all…. A razor blade in my yard. I love paying “professionals” to do a job then have to go through and spend hours picking up their garbage. Tar wiped on white gutters. Drip edge not nailed down properly and flops. Paid to have damaged roof boards replaced, replaced ten boards. Should have replaced eleven, there is a soft spot in my new roof? Why they fixed all the roof except one spot is quite baffling. Thursday at lunch the crew started packing up. I asked what was going on, there was only a few feet left at the top that needed to be finished. Crew said they were at 40 hrs and left. Came back Monday morning to finish installing the few feet of shingles remaining during a heavy rain storm. Owner and his CFO came out to location and said it doesn’t matter if garbage was left everywhere and there is a soft spot in my new roof. I have to pay. Never once did they offer to pick up all their trash which I have pictures of. Owner said there are “soft spots” all over my roof. Umm, that’s what I literally paid them to fix. If there are remaining soft spots then they did not do the job I paid for. Unprofessional behavior. Not good communication to call a home owner a liar and demand they pay remaining bill before they get another opinion on the finished product.

  I may not make a ton of money, but Ruben gave a good presentation anyway and his original quote seemed reasonable. However his satellite image showed more work than needed to be done, so he told me that he'd modfy the quote and get it to me soon. I called him back 4 or 5 times over the couse of the next month to check on the quote and his secretary said he would return my call, but he never did. Very unreliable. I know that our house was on the lower end of the profit margin for him so I figure he chose not to take us as clients for that reason. But I wish he could have been honest about it and just told us that he would not provide service rather than string us along with the possibility. A very unprofessional way to treat people.

  Russell Quality Roofing did a great job replacing our roof! From start to finish, everyone was polite, efficient, arrived as expected and was great to work with. The quote was very reasonable and the work only took 2 days. The crew was so impressive with how everything went and they cleaned up all debris. I recommend giving Russell a call!! They’re well worth it!

  Ok, heres the deal. In 2026 and the state of business’s and services you can’t do better than Russell Roofing. From the owner Ruben and his son Dillon to the whole crew and my good man Dan.   Russell just completed the new roof on our home. We were beyond satisfied with the work, the materials, and the great crew. No, they are not the least expensive roofing company in the area, but they definitely are the best. Two thumbs up!
