  I can't speak to their siding work, but I can speak to their gutter installation -- and unfortunately, it was a completely incompetent job. After the very first rain, the gutters leaked heavily. They returned twice to "fix" the issues, only to make the situation worse. There were multiple unnecessary holes drilled through brand‑new gutters, and screws driven straight through the soffits and poking out. With damage like that, it's no surprise the system was leaking everywhere. I would not recommend this company for gutter installation and this review to serve as a warning to others.

  Bi state company was hired to do my gutters. Found out that they did nothing to my gutters. Now trying to get the gutters installed Will not call me back. Thinking of small claims court. BEWARE

  Ken gave me a price quote. Accepted and ordered. Never heard from anyone since. Contacted the office and they stated they would get back to me. Nothing. Do not rely on them

  How does a estimate turn into a job when I never gave the o.k. to even do the job. They ridiculed me and argued with me when I called to find out what was happening and why they were at my house doing work with no signed or verbal agreement. Yet they still send me a bill. I would not recommend them to anyone

  Got the job done, and did a good job, but they didn't communicate when it was going to get done very well. I got my gutters replaced, and it's a good thing I was patient, it too about 8 weeks between estimate and completion, and I didn't hear from them till they showed up to work on it
