Five Stars! I’m very meticulous almost to the point of being anal retentive. We hired Vincent & his crew because he said they were caring, considerate & particular in all the jobs they do. If you’re searching for a roofing company that will cover all of your expectations in a good timely manner with exemplary cleanup when the job is done, this is definitely the company I would highly recommend! The owner (Vincent) was the only person (of all the companies contacted) to climb throughout the attic looking for moisture problems, mould or any structural damage. The product that we used was Malarkey Premium who mainly sell their product to roofing companies whose staff have been fully trained by the Malarkey company & have years of background experience. Product was delivered on time, start date was as per scheduled, full crew was on site on time every day (not leaving to work on another job in between). They’re there from start to finish. We’re very happy & satisfied that the work done by Roof Rider & employees was far beyond our expectations! We had no issues, no problems, & if we had any questions, they were promptly answered by the employee or the foreman. Pricing - we found that Roof Rider’s quote was not the lowest (actually on the higher side), but you get what you pay for & end up with the satisfaction of knowing you got a premium roofing job without any issues. Kudos to Vincent & his staff! Great job, keep up the good work! Brian (& Betty), Sooke BC

We’ve worked alongside Roof Rider on a lot of projects now and they’ve been great to deal with from day one. Good communication, organized jobs, professional crews, and they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of work being done. As another trade working closely with them, that stuff matters and definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. We’re very thankful for the relationship we’ve built with Vincent, Delphine, and the whole Roof Rider team and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company. Really appreciate the review Mike. Scott's brothers are a great HVAC company who puts quality and service right at the top of their priorities. They have been instrumental in ensuring the attics are in as good condition as the roofs we install. Mike solves problems before they get a foot hold. Happy to be working with such a good contractor.

We were really happy working with Vincent and his crew at Roof Rider. Due to a roof leak in the heavy spring rain I frantically called 20 roofing companies Roof Rider returned our inquiry and Vincent assessed the roof within a few days. Providing an extensive and inclusive quote/work order, that was very comprehensive. They offer GAF warranty on materials, and the longest number of years on labor that we compared with other companies. We experienced very respectful tradespeople and office staff. Answering all questions and following up with us, even when in the busy season. The crew was thorough in the removal of the old roof, installation and cleaned up efficiently. We have no concerns or felt anything could have made our experience better.

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Roof Rider to update my roof, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, they demonstrated the utmost professionalism, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. The team at Roof Rider provided a service that was not only top-notch but also reasonably priced. It's refreshing to find a company that values both quality and affordability. Their efficiency was remarkable, completing the project in a timely manner without compromising on the meticulous attention to detail that sets them apart. What stood out the most, however, was the friendly and communicative nature of the entire staff. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, every member of the team was approachable and eager to address any questions or concerns I had. They kept me well-informed at every stage of the project, ensuring I felt confident and informed throughout. The quality of their work speaks volumes about their dedication to excellence. The end result exceeded my expectations, and it's evident that Roof Rider takes pride in delivering nothing short of exceptional craftsmanship. Overall, I highly recommend Roof Rider for anyone in need of roofing services. They've set a high standard for professionalism, affordability, efficiency, and friendliness. It's rare to find a company that excels in every aspect of their service, but Roof Rider has certainly achieved that and more. Thank you for a job well done!"

The initial examination was thorough and a venting problem in relation to two bathroom vents and the range hood vent in the attic was noted. Some mold had formed on some of the OSB boards as a result of this improper venting. Vincent's …

Hello Laura, thank you for leaving such a great, detailed review. We love working for customers with great attention to detail. It improves our process and they notice when the roofing is done right! We have done venting for fans (kitchen, bathroom and dryer) as a part of all our roofing installs for the very reasons you mentioned and it is wonderful when it makes such a noticeable improvement. Thank you for the work and I hope now you can focus on a great vacation ! :)
