I would give this fellow 10 stars if I could. He was great from the beginning. I had been calling around for someone to do a relatively small job - finally one of the other roofers recommended Roofing 911 and Rich specifically. He said if I wished he would pass my number over to Rich - I agreed and later that day received a call from Rich. We made arrangements for him to come over the next day. He showed up on time, did a thorough inspection of the job at hand as well as other areas of my roofing. He provided a very reasonable quote on the spot, showed us photos he had taken including some other disasters in waiting on other parts of my roof. He called the next day with a date a few days later to start the job. All his work is excellent - very precise and professional. He completed the work promptly including a few extra little fix ups that he didn’t charge for. To cap it off, the final bill was $400 less than quoted because he didn’t require some materials he had thought he would need. All in all the best experience I’ve ever had with any tradesperson I’ve dealt with - over many years of home ownership. Integrity plus!! Thank-you Rich!

We had a minor roof leak noticeable in our attic. After contacting other roofers who either didn't respond or didn't want to help out with a small job, Rich was responsive, came on time, and was able to investigate and fix the issue same day! If you need either a roof inspection or repair, I would not hesitate to recommend Rich!

Rich was recommended to me by a neighbour to install a roof vent for a new bathroom fan. He was able to come by quickly for a quote and once at the house offered to install it right away. I was very pleased with Rich's work, he was polite …

Rich came and cleaned off our roof of moss and grime when we bought our house. We were afraid that we may need a new one but he came and assessed and told us we should be good for a few more with a few fixes that were not done properly and …

Rich was amazing. After calling 7 roofing companies to help with a very noisy attic turbine vent AKA a whirly'gig. And receiving a response that it was under the scope of work they do, or they don't do it at all. I felt defeated. but one call to roofing 911and Rich was here in a day to run maintenance on the vent that is now whisper quiet. Can't recommend his help enough. We will definitely rehire for other roofing needs. Thanks again Rich!
