  We called and set a time for them to come out. We waited and waited, received a text that they were running late and then never showed. They never called back or apologized for wasting our afternoon. Apparently they do not need our business.

  We had our roof replaced by Ross Roofing and it has taken me some time to write this review. I would not recommend this company. They didn’t complete the job. They backed their trailer into a post in my car port causing damage with a promise of repair which never happened, they damaged my brick stairway at our back door and promised to repair it and didn’t . We are currently fixing items they should have done as part of the roof replacement. I have mentioned this company to other contractors and they roll their eyes. Not recommended.

  I called to see if someone could come out to do some repairs to my roof and someone from this company gave me a date and time that the person would be out...never showed up. They called a week later and apologized and talked about how busy their schedule was and I told them that I understood. They gave me another date and time that they would be out...never showed up. They called me again and, this time acted is if they didn't know who I was and asked if I had contacted the company for something and I explained everything (what I needed done and how they were supposed to have already been out to my house to look at the issue. He said that his daughter, who said that she was his wife when I called, must have mixed up the message). He apologized and said that he would come out the exact same day at 3:30. He called at 4:30 and said that he was at DMV trying to take care of something and that he was leaving at the moment and was on the way to my house. Well, guess what? He never showed up. I just blocked the number so that I wouldn't have to worry about them calling/lying anymore and called a different company. And to the owners of the company, my last name on this post has changed, so that's why you probably don't recall the name!!! If you're not planning to show up just tell the person that you're not interested in doing the job!

I haven’t done any work related proposals, estimates, repairs, or roofing for you. You didn’t leave a number so I can’t talk with you about your 1 star. Please contact me ASAP if you have any further questions. I’m the only one that goes out and does estimates, so again sorry for the misunderstanding. If you didn’t get your repair taken care of I would be more then happy to come out and look at it for you and give you a discount or possibly take care of it for you for free if it’s something small. Sometimes things happen that’s out of my control. But I’m willing to try and make it right for you at my expense. Again sorry for the misunderstanding.

  Jamie did an excellent job on our house with redoing the whole roof and facial metal. Jamie was very polite and helpful throughout the whole process. I would recommend him and his crew to everyone.

  Excellent service!!! Jamie was the help I was looking for. I needed some minor repair work done for roof leaks, and all the other quotes I’d received said it would cost thousands to repair. Jamie came out, assessed the damage, quoted a fair price (fraction of what others would charge), completed the work as agreed upon and followed up with a detailed explanation of repair work performed with pictures. And to top it off, he backed his work with a 3 year warranty. Please give him a call if you need any kind of roof work performed. Thank you Jamie!

  Jamie was a pleasure to work with. He followed up with me after missing my call, was responsive to my texts came to my house as scheduled, repaired the distorted siding in my patio quickly. He has reasonable pricing and great craftsmanship. Would use his services again.

  Jamie has twice come to our home in Pitt County, each time to replace tiles on our roof that were blown off during a bad storm. Not only were my husband Don and I pleased with his excellent work, but even more so, we were impressed with his honorable and service-oriented character. We highly recommend Jamie Ross and his company, Ross Roofing & Vinyl.

  Jamie is a blessing. I had a few small repairs - siding and fascia. He came in with a great price and did a great job! Hard to find nowadays. Don't hesitate ...he'll do you right.

  Ross Roofing just finished putting on a new roof, which is looks great! I now have the best looking roof in the neighborhood! Jamie was very professional and helpful with picking out the shingle type and color. I highly recommend this company.

  Previous review was published for Debbie Currie Meekins. This is an update to say that Jamie has satisfied all aspects of the estimate and then some. He fixed an antenna on our roof and installed a back door light with no increase to our bill. It’s very hard to find someone who gives 110% to give you the best customer service. I wholeheartedly recommend Ross roofing for all your roofing and siding needs.

  Jamie came out and repaired some vinyl siding that came off my home. He didn't just put it back and call it good, he explained to me why it came off. He fixed the root cause and I really appreciate that! I would use his company again and again!
