Saw one of their drivers have a rage-out man tantrum on the freeway and almost cause a triple car pile-up cause the car behind him passed him. I was about 50 feet behind both of them, and this guy CRAZY zig-zagged back and forth until he could cut off the other car, and then slammed on the brakes making several cars have to swerve into the shoulder. This was on the Aramingo/Betsy Ross Bridge offramp from i-95 on 7/6/26 at about 11:40am if anyone has dashcam footage. I would NOT trust them to transport materials I paid for. Who drives like that in a COMPANY truck! Whoever this guy is needs to take some rage management classes because it's giving MAJOR inferiority comlex. Re: "It wasn't us" reply Surely you'd not mind providing the VIN, a publicly displayed piece of information in the windshield of every vehicle that couldn't be considered private in any way, to confirm the date of sale? It would be ridiculous for this guy to be driving around after the fact with YOUR decals, and a ladder rack, and other tools used for roofing clearly visible in the back bed, would it? You might even be eligible for a lawsuit for misrepresentation if they were doing that. What's the VIN, please?

We sincerely apologize for the experience you described and any concern it may have caused. After reviewing the matter, it appears the vehicle involved was one of our older trucks that was recently sold as part of a fleet upgrade. Unfortunately, the Rosengarten Roofing wrap had not yet been removed from the vehicle at the time of the incident. We have contacted the individual who purchased the truck regarding the behavior described. At Rosengarten Roofing, we do not tolerate reckless driving, aggressive behavior, or any actions that could endanger others on the road. We regret any confusion this situation may have caused and apologize to anyone affected during the transition and sale process of our vehicles. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. God bless, Rosengarten Roofing Team

I paid $8000 for a roof replacement and had serious issues with the application that Rosengarten used. They confirmed that there was a chemical reaction to their application and they need to redo the roof. After months of emails and calls they still haven’t returned to the house.

After just moving into our home in 2019 we noticed a small leak on the third floor ceiling. Unable to find a good roofing company in Philly we reached out to this company. The quick version - They stripped the old silver coat off all into …

First of all: I doubt the credibility of many of these reviews. Go to Yelp. You'll get more of who Rosengarten really is. Rosengarten, Rosengarten, Rosengarten. Where to start. Nick, the owner, likes to talk a big game about what he can do to improve your roof, but what ends up happening is that they will nickel and dime you wherever they can. What could be an easy fix turns into a big production. We have a silicone coating for our roof that Rosengarten put on, and we still got roof leaks. So, we had them come out and patch things up (the coating was under a 20+ year warranty, though we had to pay about $300/year to keep the roof under warranty...), but their version of repair was to daub some sort of sealant that we could have easily bought ourselves at Home Depot (which we did later anyway). I mean, really: that's what our warranty gets us? Jesus. But! To really fix our roof, says Nick, we need to tear off the entire thing and redo it. And we need a new roof deck door apparently. It's going to cost us over $30,000. THEN all of our problems will be fixed. Right. On top of that, Nick says that he and his team need to replace the roofs on all roof decks of our condo association. He HAS to do this job, he says. We also later find out that the silicone coating that Nick and Co. put on our roof isn't even the right kind... Surprise, surprise. Nick cares about one thing: your money. Run. Go somewhere else. You will otherwise regret it. Maybe not tomorrow, maybe not next week or next month, but you will ultimately regret your decision to choose Rosengarten.

Have left multiple phone calls and an email. Sent in money to for annual roof inspection, but no one has returned my messages. Starting to wonder if still in business. Afraid my warranty won't be honored if something unforseen occurs.

I’ve used Rosengarten twice now. Last year they did my gutters and siding, and this year they replaced my roof. Everything turned out great and the whole process was easy. I even recommended them to a friend because I was happy with the work. I’d definitely use them again.

Nick and his crew did an outstanding job replacing my roof. Not only did they replace the roof itself, but they also went above and beyond by troubleshooting and addressing hidden damage that couldn’t be seen beforehand. They were reliable, fast, and thorough, repairing not just the roof, but also the gutters, flashing, soffit, and even some siding work. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right really stood out. I’m extremely happy with the results, and Nick and his team absolutely deserve a five-star rating!

I called this company after receiving a letter from my home insurance. A piece of siding had to be replaced in the front of the house before my policy was canceled. When he came out I also wanted an estimate on a leak in my kitchen. A drone was sent on top of the house and I was told it was definitely the siding in the rear of the house as well. A few days after the repairs it rained heavily causing the leak to appear again. I called the company, someone came out used some caulk and said If the problem continue to call them back and they'd preform a water test to pin pointwhere the leak is coming from. Another leak happened, they came back out, they didn't perform the water test and he used caulk again to patch up something up there. I asked for a refund on the work not performed and have yet to hear back from anyone.

Quote was about 56% higher than the highest quote we received. Estimator showed up late with his wife in the pickup and left huge tread marks from their truck on my lawn because she doesn’t know how to back out of a driveway or have respect for people’s property. Bad company!
