What you've shared is disappointing to me because it is not at all representative of the values or level of service we strive to provide.   I was disappointed that after speaking to the company on the phone, setting up an appt, any adjusting my work schedule, the sales Rep informed me this job was too small and not worth their time. I explained on the phone exactly what I needed which was siding repair and new gutters. If they didn’t think this job was worth their $1,500 minimum, they could have told me that on the phone and not wasted my time. I appreciate them being honest about wanting to make money, of course I understand that, so why not be honest on the phone? BTW the 2 other groups that did give me estimates, are double guardians minimum and I assume those people are still turning a profit

  Don’t call them unless you want a new roof. While they don’t tell you this until they do the full walkthrough and are in there sales pitch mode, but they don’t repair roofs, just replace them. I should have known what was up when they sent salespeople instead of tradespeople to do the estimate.

  While I appreciate Guardian Home Improvements helping us get our new siding, there was a lack of communication, which ultimately led to a rippling side wall on our home. They did come out and try to fix it, however, it was unable to be corrected. If this issue was addressed in the beginning, we wouldn’t have had this unfortunate result.

  They were trespassing in our yard looking at our siding after a storm. We didn't call them. If we wanted someone to look at our siding, we would have done the research and found a company ourselves and called that company over. It was very disrespectful of our property and time.

  A++++ We had some shingles & siding that blew off from a wind storm. There were some underlying damage to roof sheathing that we didn't know about. Bob came out to look at it, and his team worked very diligently to get everything covered by our insurance company. The team kept constant communication, walked us through everything and we didn't have to deal with the insurance company. All we had to do was make the claim & pass along our claim number. It was very quick & easy. The roof looks great & we rest easy knowing it was completed by the team at Guardian.

  We worked with Guardian Representative, Robert Frehafer for our roof replacement, and we are 200% happy with the results. From the very beginning, Robert showed his great patience and skills in communication with our insurance company, keeping us informed about the progress and helping us understand where we were. Before the big day, he gave the best advice to make sure everything went smoothly. Robert checked weather, coordinated the dumpster and materials drop offs. The whole crew were extraordinary. Arrived early in the morning and wrapped up the work by sunset. After the completion of the replacement, Robert followed up with us for feedback and offered further assistance if needed. He went above and beyond by directing us to the right contact regarding our coverage by the insurance. He always put our benefit at the first place. They valued transparency and efficiency. We highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about getting a roof repair or replacement.

  Guardian installed my roof about 13 years ago, and it has performed great ever since. This past February we experienced an unusually heavy snowstorm followed by extremely cold temperatures, which led to some ice damming. Guardian offered to come out and shovel the snow off the roof for a fee, which we appreciated—even though we ultimately decided not to have the snow removed. They were also willing to stop by afterward to inspect everything and confirm that the issue was related to ice damming. Throughout the entire process, the office staff and the owner were very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. We’ve had no issues with the roof since it was installed, and based on our experience, I would feel very comfortable recommending Guardian Roofing & Siding to anyone looking for a roof replacement.
