  They did work in my condo building that is a shared expense. One condo unit contracted them and used association funds to pay for the job and the company refuses to share the invoice or scope of work with the rest owners.

  Ms. Mitchell called our office demanding copies of paperwork and receipts that were signed by another individual. Unfortunately, we cannot just give out information without prior approval, and we explained this to Ms. Mitchell. We immediately called and facilitated in getting her what she requested from the signee, who confirmed the info was sent to Ms. Mitchell. We have since tried to call Ms. Mitchell, we left a message to make sure she was satisfied and received the paperwork she was requesting. We had no luck in reaching her.

  Disappointing.. I hired them to work on a property that I manage. We urgently needed to tarp before we begin the work of replacing the roof. Reached out to them to tarp. They were scheduled the next day. When we discovered that they did not arrive at the job at the time specified we called and they indicated that they deviated contractor to another job pending payment. We had the owner pay to ensure that there be no more damage to the unit but this is not a rule of thumb nor is it legal to require payment before a job is completed. I had their contact info because of a job a few years back. Our intention was to have them replace the roof however, I found their work to be subpar and they were dishonest after they left debris on the roof promising to return only if they received the okay to move forward with the job of replacing the roof. Not only will I not be using this company personally. They will no longer be part of my database of go to contractors for any job as it relates to roofing. Thanks Rhonda.

  Our porch roof now has more pooling than it had before! The water on our roof (pictured) never dissipated since we moved in 2.5 months ago. While the neighbors' attached roof holds water and dissipates, our roof continuously holds water. Although Roofworks initially offered to take a second look at our roof, they did not after they threatened me to remove my negative review, and I did not. Regardless of the outcome, it was an unpleasant experience.

  The job started poorly with materials (gutters, downspouts and trim) dropped off in our front gardens without any notice either by phone or a simple knock on the door, and went completely wrong during the actual roof work. The crew knocked out our overhead phone line (and jeopardized the cable TV AND the electrical lines) by throwing old plywood off the roof into their truck parked directly under our utility lines. The owner dismissed our concerns for our wires or the risk of bringing the electrical line down on his crew and truck. The broken phone line meant that our street was blocked to car traffic inconveniencing our neighbors, and we were without phone service for a week. PEPCO had to re-secure the main electrical feed to the house. The owner’s treatment of his crew was as bad as his treatment of his customers – including refusing them cold water during a break.

  I'm in DC with a historic flat roof rowhouse. Roofworks did an excellent job from start to finish. Zach, Rhonda, and the roofing team themselves were a delight to work with and answered all of my questions (and there were lots). Professional, on time, clean, and skilled!

  Dealing with Roofworks was a great experience from start to finish. We had a tree branch blow a hole in our roof Tuesday morning @ 8 AM. They were able to get someone out to physically view the damage by noon the same day and our roof was beautifully repaired two days later. They were scheduled to come at noon on Thursday but actually showed up a little before 9 AM (yes, you are seeing that right! They showed up early!) Also, our roof tiles were discontinued. They worked to find a good match. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

  Mike was professional and the crew was nice, friendly and explained what they were going to do. All the details, pictures before of the roof and after the roof was completed. Send me pictures. Cleaned up after themselves and left nothing behind. You get what you pay fr. Very professional. I am very pleased.

  I had gotten a couple of prohibitively expensive bids on the repair of a very old flat metal roof. ROOFWORKS gave me a good and reasonably priced solution with a 25 year warranty. They did a great job. I can highly recommend them.

  I highly recommend Roofworks. I had several contractors out to quote and they ranged wildly in price and professionalism. Roofworks exceeded the competition in both. They explained the project, provided great info and did not employ pressure techniques. They came in with the best price, did the work in a timely manner, and were overall the best.

  The work done by Roofworks was replacing all rotten wood around exteriors of home (including roof & gutter areas) and then covering entire area over with water.proof covering that will keep wood dry going forward..They did an excellent job & were neat during the entire 2 day process...

Is there any maintenance I should be doing to my new roof? We can answer that!
