Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding. We want you to know that our intention was never to avoid helping you with your insurance claim or the repairs needed for your home. We understand that your insurance claim had already been approved and that you were looking to move forward with the necessary repairs. We wanted to make sure we provided you with a complete and accurate estimate for all the approved work, as well as any additional improvements you wanted to consider. The reason we were unable to come out on the requested day was because we did not have our painting team member available at that time. Since we wanted to evaluate the entire project properly and provide you with a complete proposal, we rescheduled the visit for the 14th when we could have the appropriate team available. We truly appreciate the opportunity to help homeowners during difficult situations, and we are sorry that this scheduling matter gave the impression that we were not interested. We wish you the best with your repairs and hope we have the opportunity to assist you. 🙏🙏

My sister lives in Crisfield and we had a very bad rainstorm last week. I was there at the time and my sister got rained on in the middle of the night in her bed! Terrible leak. That said I called the guys Real Roof Renovations and they came out and assessed the roof. I have worked with plenty of roofers in my time and MOST of the time a roofer will see the urgency and sell you a new roof. But after looking at the situation they felt a repair was all that was needed...they contained the leak and secured the roof to prevent further damage and came back to execute the repair. NO FURTHER DAMAGE and they showed their speed, professionalism, expertise, MOST OF ALL HONESTY! Highly recommended. You can trust these guys.

This was the first time my wife and I had ever replaced a roof on our home. We knew it was going to be a major investment and wanted to be very careful in how we went about this. We interviewed 5 different roofing companies; each of whom …

Diligent/flexible staff worked with insurance for as long as it took to get the job done at minimal expense to us. Once we got the go ahead, work was finished within 3 days. Roofers friendly and focused.

The best company for residential roofing, 100% professionalism, a local company. If you're having trouble identifying where a leak is coming from, without a doubt they are the right people to call.

An excellent company to work with. Lorens, Trini and Brian answered all our questions throughout the process. The roofers were courteous and extremely hardworking. They cleaned up each evening and Lorens came back after the roof was complete to make sure all debris was gone. I highly recommend Real Roff Renovation!

I can’t say enough about this company. Very reasonable priced, fast efficient, and extremely helpful/ responsive. We had a two week turn around from when we made our down payment. They came out at 7 am, and worked very well to have it all done by 6pm. I have 3000 sq ft house for reference. The clean up was amazing. And Mateo left a cute little signature in chalk in our drive, which our youngest thought was the coolest. Thank you so much for all your help and hard work! I would recommend this company a thousand times over.

Real Roof Renovation came to my home, inspected the roof and went over in detail what needed to be done. I was given a written estimate that evening with a detail of the costs of material and labor. They were able to do the entire roof replacement in 2 days on days that suited my schedule. I would highly recommend them for a roof repair or replacement.
