Roofing Specialists Montebello sent Brian and Melvin out to inspect my roof and give me an estimate for repairs. I originally thought I might need a full roof replacement because the roof is around 15 years old and I had two small leaks …

They really care, and it shows. I would recommend them again and again for any roofing job. I started looking for a roofer and was not impressed by most companies that came out to inspect the roof and give an estimate. That changed when I met Brian and the team. Their pricing was fair and competitive, and they sent a real roofing expert to assess the roof instead of just a salesperson. I felt confident right away because Brian answered all my questions clearly and knew the roofing work inside and out. During the project at my home in Montebello, the crew was neat, respectful, and professional. Like with many roof replacements and home improvement projects, a few minor issues came up, including discontinued materials and some shipping damage. Those things were outside the roofer's control, but the way they handled everything made a big difference. Brian, the foreman, and Melvin went above and beyond, even coming by on weekends to complete the skylight installation and keep the roofing project moving. Their communication, workmanship, and commitment to customer service really won me over.

I was really impressed with how fast Brian found the source of our roof leak. He and Melvin repaired it right away and also took care of a few other roofing issues at no extra cost. Later, when another small leak showed up, he quickly set up a return visit and made sure everything was fully fixed, again with no added charge. It felt like solving the problem was the main priority, and he worked around my schedule to get the roof work completed. Roofing Specialists Montebello provided reliable service, clear communication, and thorough roof repair, and I would definitely call again the next time I need any roofing help.

They replaced our roof while their schedule was very full, but the roofing crew still made us feel like we were their top priority. The new roof looks great, and the financing options made the whole project much easier to manage. Because our home is older, some wood around the chimney needed repair during the roof installation, and that extra work took a little more time than the main roofing job. Brian was very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with, and Melvin was very helpful in solving a few issues along the way. Overall, the whole roofing process went smoothly, and we are very happy with the quality of the work and the final result.

A few years back, after a big storm, a lot of houses in our area had roof damage. Someone from another roofing company came by and said our roof needed repairs. Before deciding, i checked with my insurance and they recommended reaching out to the team at Roofing Specialists Montebello. Melvin came out right away, checked everything carefully, and let us know our roof was actually still in good shape, so there was no need to spend money at that time. i really appreciated the honesty and kept their info for the future. Recently, we noticed a small roof issue and called them again. Brian arrived quickly, took photos, and explained clearly what needed to be fixed. they finished the repair fast and did a professional job. everyone was friendly, helpful, and made sure the work fit into my schedule. in this hot climate, it's great to have roofers you can trust. if i need any more roof work, this is the only company i’ll call.

I highly recommend this roofing company for any residential roof work. From the first visit by their estimator, Brian, to the scheduling handled smoothly, and throughout the job led by Melvin and his crew, everyone was professional and courteous. They did a great job on our roof, and also managed the new gutter installation efficiently. Even though our project took place during some rainy weather, Melvin’s team made sure to cover the roof sheathing properly, keeping everything protected. Once the work was done, they made sure to clean up thoroughly around our home. Later on, I reached out with a concern about a fascia board, and the company quickly sent someone out to take a look and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Overall, the whole process was smooth, and the results look fantastic.

We needed quick help with our roof because the white aluminum fascia capping had come loose after some strong winds and rotting wood underneath. I reached out to Roofing Specialists Montebello and talked to Melvin about the problem, sending over some photos and a short video to show the damage. I let him know it was urgent since the loose capping could have fallen and hurt someone. Melvin got back to me right away with a fair estimate. The crew arrived the next morning and got to work. They replaced the old plywood, installed new white aluminum capping, and put in new soffits. The roof now looks great and much safer. I’m really happy with the fast response and the quality roofing work.
