ROOF PROS Inc

The only one or two-star review we hold for ROOF PROS Inc.

Vince came and gave me a quote for my roof 2 months ago. Now I’d like to execute on it but because he’s busier he told me he’s raising the price by $1500 or over 50% more than what he had quoted me. Very dishonest for him to not honer the quote he gave me when I actually need it. He never told me the quote was contingent on a timeframe so I would expect him to honor it.

I will start by saying that Vince is not just a great roofer but also an amazing human being. My husband and I originally called Vince to get a quote and decided to go with someone else. Little did we know, this would be the BIGGEST mistake of our lives. The person we went with originally lied to us and wasn’t even licensed and we got a stop work order and code violation from LA County. Scrambling, I called Vince, crying and distraught. He empathized with me and told me he would do everything in his power to help us. He was at our home the VERY NEXT DAY, had a permit by Wednesday, first inspection by Friday and the roof was finished by Saturday. This saved our lives because we had heavy rains on Monday and Tuesday. On Wednesday we had final inspection with the county and everything was signed off. I can’t tell you how grateful I am for Vince and his team. On top of that, all his workers were so nice and lovely. They even took me on my roof and held my hand, despite me being terrified the entire time. I also appreciated that he treated his team with respect, supplying drinks and snacks while they worked because I feel I don’t see that often from bosses. Our roof is beautiful, safe and I know it will last for years to come. I wish I would have gone with Vince in the first place to save myself all the stress and anguish. He truly took care of everything and provided me with the quality I was seeking in the first place. I will never forget the kindness he showed my husband and I and we both really feel like we have made a true friend with him which is just a bonus to having a safe and secure roof! I would highly highly recommend him to every single person I know!

I had a great experience with my recent roof repair. Vince from Roof Pros was easy to work with, professional and reliable. His prices were fair, and the quality of his work was outstanding. You’d never know there was any damage, the repair blends in perfectly. I’m really happy with how everything turned out and would confidently recommend him to anyone in need of roofing work.

Roofs pro’s came out to estimate the day after I called them, provided me a proposal the next day and started and completed the job the following week. Vince had great communication with me and his crew did an excellent job. They were fast, paid attention to detail and we’re very professional. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

Love this team. They care and check in when it rains and really came through for me and did excellent work on my mother’s home as well. Yes, they are so good that you can send them to your parents and your folks will thank you. :) I would tell anyone you’re in good hands with them. Happy to give them five stars. Truly.

Vince has done at least 20 roofs for me and my clients over the past 30 years. As property manager/contractor, I look for three things in my subs: Skill, Reliability and Integrity. Vince has these qualities in spades or he would have been gone after that first job 30 years ago. On top of all this, he’s just an authentic guy who genuinely cares about his customers. Do yourself a favor and have him come look
