I had checked in with building management before work began and was relieved when the technician promptly diagnosed a defective capacitor as the main culprit behind our AC problems. The fix took just under an hour and all has been well since.

Portable A/C unit has been having a hard time keeping a steady temperature, but after the technician replaced a bad control board, it has been working fine for the last week. Took about an hour to repair and their systematic approach gave confidence in the fix.

We contacted a few roofing companies for quotes to replace our roof. Greg was prompt with a reply and a quote. He was knowledgeable with the product and did an inspection of the roof condition as well as the attic. Some companies just took a Google map image and provided a quote. The office was clear on when the product was being delivered and when installation was taking place. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Dover Roofing Solutions has been wonderful to work with on our replacement roof and other damages. They were on sight when our appraiser arrived and advocated for us to make sure all damages were included. All of the crews were courteous and checked in with us before leaving each day.I would highly recommend Dover Roofing Solutions.
