After a big rainstorm, I noticed a brown spot on the upstairs bedroom ceiling and even heard dripping in the attic. When I checked, I found wet roof decking around a vent boot and a few asphalt shingles that looked lifted and damaged near a roof valley. I found company: Proware Roofing during a late-night search when I was trying to figure out the leak fast. What stood out most was that they took the problem seriously and responded in a calm, helpful way. They inspected the flashing, underlayment, pipe boot, and the surrounding roof area, then clearly pointed out where the water was entering. The crew replaced the damaged shingles, resealed the flashing, and repaired the roof vent penetration that was allowing moisture in. They also did a careful cleanup and removed old shingle pieces and nails, which was important for safety around my kids and dog. I was really worried at first because a roof leak can make it feel like the whole house is in trouble. But they explained the roofing issues in simple terms, answered my questions, and fixed everything without turning it into a bigger ordeal. After another round of rain, everything stayed dry with no new ceiling stains or attic dripping. I felt very relieved knowing the roof repair helped prevent bigger problems like drywall damage and mold.

My brother did some research and found Proware Roofing for a full roof replacement and new gutter installation on our very old home in Elk Grove Village. Eli was very helpful, took time to explain the roofing process, and answered all of our questions before the job started. During the project and after it was finished, any concerns we had were handled quickly and professionally. The price was fair, and the crew did excellent work in about a week. Our home had an older clay tile roof, a lot of damaged wood decking, and two chimneys that needed to be rebuilt or removed, so it was a big roofing job with extra carpentry work involved. Even with those added repairs, everything moved along smoothly and the workmanship was strong from start to finish. The new roof and gutters look great, and the whole experience made us feel confident using them again for future exterior home work.

We contacted Proware Roofing to inspect our roof after hail damage and also check a water leak near a patio door. After reaching out to several roofing contractors without much help, this team stepped in, found the source of the leak, and fixed it the right way. They also helped us through the insurance process when only a partial roof replacement was first approved, explaining clearly why new shingles would not match the existing roof system. Once approval came through, the roof replacement was scheduled quickly and completed without delay. Jeffrey was excellent to work with, and Logan did outstanding work around the patio door area. The whole process felt professional, thorough, and much easier than we expected. I highly recommend them for roof repair, storm damage claims, leak detection, and full roof replacement.

i own a rental home in Elk Grove Village and had a hard-to-find roof leak coming from a second-floor widow’s walk area. The problem needed solid roofing and waterproofing skill, and the crew handled it with real expertise. They used infrared leak detection along with hands-on roof knowledge to trace the source and fix it quickly. What i appreciated most was the full turnkey roofing service. They repaired the leak, replaced the damaged roofing materials, took out the interior drywall affected by the water, installed new drywall, and finished the painting so the home was back in shape without extra hassle for me. Logan kept me updated through each step, explained what was happening on the roof and inside the house, and made the whole repair process easy to follow. The workmanship was clean, efficient, and professional, and the pricing felt fair for the amount of work completed. They really went above expectations, and i would gladly recommend them to anyone needing dependable roof repair, leak detection, waterproofing, or a complete roofing project in Elk Grove Village.

When a storm caused a roof leak at our rental property in Elk Grove Village, Jeffrey was recommended to us. I had already contacted a few other roofing contractors before calling, but Jeffrey was by far the most professional and responsive. While others would not come out during the bad weather, Jeffrey and Logan arrived quickly to inspect the roof, assess the leak, and help protect the property. That gave both me and our tenants real peace of mind. Jeffrey also stayed in touch, explained the roofing issue clearly, and answered every question we had about the repair process, materials, and next steps. Once the weather improved, the roof repair was completed that same week. The pricing was fair, clear, and easy to understand, with no surprises. We really appreciated the fast service, honest communication, and quality roofing work, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or storm damage help.

I recently had my old shingle roof replaced by Proware Roofing with a new GAF Dimensional shingle roof, and the whole process went very smoothly. Logan provided the estimate, clearly walked me through my roofing options, and gave helpful professional advice on what would work best for my home. I chose the GAF Dimensional shingles along with two GAF solar-powered roof vents to help improve attic airflow and keep the house more comfortable during warm weather. I was very impressed with the responsible, professional service, as well as the respectful and prompt communication from the office team and roofing crew. The office checked in regularly, the crew arrived on time, and the work was completed with great attention to detail. My roof looks excellent, the cleanup was thorough, and the entire experience was even better than I expected. I would gladly give the highest rating for the outstanding roofing service.
