very disappointing and disgusting experience with Roofing Gods due to the behavior of one of their workers. While driving one of the company’s trucks and pulling a work trailer, the employee made an inappropriate comment toward a woman, saying “What’s up, sweetheart?” and then blowing her a kiss as he was leaving the downtown foodbasics parking lot. This behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable for someone representing a business. When employees are operating company vehicles and wearing a company’s name, their actions reflect directly on that company. No customer or member of the public should have to deal with this type of unwanted attention. I hope Roofing Gods addresses this issue and reminds its employees to treat others with respect and maintain professional conduct while representing the company. Disgusting behaviour. Would give 0 stars if i could.

Joe I read this and was extremely disappointed. We have been in business 20 years and take pride in not only our work but the ethics of our employees. I am a father, a husband, and I don’t take lightly this behaviour especially in our work vehicle while representing our brand. As soon as I read this there was a trip to the jobsite and a very long conversation. Unfortunately Joe, good help is hard to find these days. I’ve been through lots of employees. Although i am they’re boss, i havnt moulded the personality of every new hire. Although as long as they are with us, I hope I can instill the ethics required to represent our brand. Unfortunately after all the good things my brother and I have done in our life, it only takes the mistake of one of many employees for you to form an opinion of our entire company and find the need to hurt our business publicly. For me, that’s a tough blow. A phone call to our number online and I would have sided with you immediately and took action in the same way I did. I apologize. I also thank you for bringing it to our attention even though I disagree with the way you went about it.

You’re driving a billboard. Weaving in and out of traffic and tailgating someone with a baby on board sticker is absolutely ridiculous. I see multiple reviews regarding this. Brutal

Edit again: #1 - I was never irate. #2 - I didn't delete anything from Facebook. #3 - I asked you if you had any photos from the repair that was done and you flat out told me NO. #4 - I never said you were responsible for the original workmanship of my roof. What you are responsible for is the repair I paid $800 to fix that wasn't fixed. Which come to think of it. You didn't do the repair, you sent someone else to do it. And you haven't been on my roof since, so. You have ZERO idea if the repair was done correctly and at NO TIME did you acknowledge that. I am absolutely going to question the character of a person that cannot take responsibility for their work. I had someone come and Re do your work and guess what, NO LEAK. it had nothing to do with the valley. Edit: Since this situation occurred, I have had TWO roofers take a look at my chimney. BOTH roofers said the previous job was "not done well", "rushed" for the exact same reasons. Both roofers said the job needed to be redone. BOTH roofers said the job would cost $300 and SHOULD HAVE NEVER COST $800 to begin with. The new roofers also pointed out to me that this company reused old shingled that had holes in them from previous nails. I paid $800 and couldn't even get $20 in new shingles to do the job well? I would like to first state that my review was originally 5 stars. I thought they did great work, clean, professional. If I could give ZERO stars now, I would. I have a leak in my ceiling. I pointed out that I thought it was at the chimney. At not point was there any investigation, the professionals just took my amateur word for it. They came, did some work. Everything was fine. Paid $800 CASH Then it started raining. My ceiling started to leak again. I reach out to Derrick late on a Sunday night via text message as I didn't want to forget. I was NOT expecting a response. He got back to me, told me what he believes the problem is and said he would get back to me to

First of all, we were called out to look at a leak in your roof that we didnt do. I showed up and knocked on the door. Your husband answered. i said i was there to look at the leak in the roof. I told him I would like to have a look where it was coming in. He stood at the door and said it was coming in down the side of the chimney. I got the impression he didn't want me inside. I set up my ladder and went on your roof. Your chimney flashing was clearly reused from whomever did the roof last. It was lifted and there were nail holes exposed and the flashing was pulled away from the chimney. I also observed a metal valley beside the chimney that could have also been an issue. You came outside, we had a discussion, we agreed to redo the entire chimney. Shingles, flashing, ice and water shield, step flashing all new. I have pictures to prove so if those other roofers would like to call us I can call them out on their lies too. Show proof as I have mine. So you called that Sunday night very late, I answered as it was raining and I wanted to take the call. We had a discussion, you sent me pictures, I told you I was going to come back and measure the valley beside it and quote for ripping it out and doing a closed cut valley. That was the plan. The next day was Monday. My schedule was full. I had you in my notes and was going to come by Tuesday to measure the valley. That was our plan, and your presence was not required as i figured you would be at work. Instead you call my partner Tuesday morning, you are very irate. You tell him I am not responding to you which is false. you never attempted to contact me. Had you tried i would have answered and we would have had a normal interaction. He called me and told me about your unpleasant call and said you told him I was unresponsive and thats why you were upset. When I called you and confronted you about saying I was unresponsive you said you never said that. Which was a lie. I also thought it was very weird you never reached out

Pat and his team are the real deal. There's something so satisfying in relying on true professionals to execute a plan so efficiently and thoroughly. From the first handshake to the last (of this job), Roofing Gods anticipated every concern, walked through any questions, were extremely friendly and courteous, and simply knew exactly what they were doing. Highly recommended; a very happy customer here.

Derrick was contacted on a semi-emergency basis to replace our roof several months ago. His response was very timely as was the roof replacement. Derrick was knowledgable...obviously an expert who made recommendations to complete the job meticulously. The roofers worked as a team to complete the roofing with attention to detail. The yard was cleaned before departure with no debris left in the yard. 101% recommend this company for roofing services!

I have utilized Roofing Gods services several times over the past decade or so replacing rogue shingles lost during storms and they always treated me fairly. I decided this year it was time to upgrade the roof with more durable shingles and hired Roofing Gods again to re-shingle the roof. They did a fantastic job and were fair as usual. The roof has never looked better and has survived its first storm with no lost shingles. Very happy customer!
