Good afternoon, The management property should have notified you that a work order was placed to clean the eaves. We have spoke and will rectify any debris left behind. So sorry for any inconvenience.

Property management hired this company for my rental. Left garbage behind & didn’t finish the job. Now I have an abundance of pests running around inside the roof of my house because of the unfinished job that left more than enough access for them to get inside.

Allan and his team did great work on my job site. Quality work, responsive, respectful and they hustle to beat the rain. They kept to there word and kept the property clean from all debris. I would hire them for all my roofing projects and would recommend them any day of the week. Thanks also to Samantha for always being available to answer all my questions.

Al-Can installed our flat roof. Al and his team were professional and courteous, and they were constantly picking up after themselves. They did a great job and were fantastic to deal with. We would recommend them anytime! Thanks, Al!

Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 20 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
