Jason and his team were absolutely amazing with us. From taking my call on a weekend and coming out the next day to check our home to getting our new roof put on only took about a week! despite mix-ups and setbacks due to the shingle …

I cannot recommend Mr. Shultz highly enough. From day one, he was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. During the walkthrough, he didn’t just have a quick conversation. He covered every item on my checklist before I even had to bring it up. He also took the time to physically inspect the roof instead of relying on a visual assessment from the ground, which gave me a great deal of confidence in his work. Throughout the project, he treated my property with genuine care and respect. When we encountered an unexpected issue that neither of us anticipated, he didn’t leave me to deal with it alone. Instead, he stood beside me and worked through the problem together until it was resolved. Because my property is older, Mr. Shultz also invested extra time and effort into restoring structural support, cutting back overgrown branches, and replacing damaged siding. Those weren’t just routine tasks. They demonstrated his commitment to doing the job the right way rather than taking shortcuts. Mr. Shultz is the definition of someone who goes above and beyond. His professionalism, work ethic, and dedication to his customers are exceptional. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about the quality of their work and the people they serve, I wholeheartedly recommend RDR Roofing!

I don’t write reviews very often, but Jason and Roofing Done Right absolutely deserve one. Finding a contractor you can trust can be stressful, but Jason made the entire process easy from the very beginning. He’s was the clear choice from all my neighbors (which is how I found him). He was kind, respectful, honest, responsive, and just an all-around good human being. Every interaction left me feeling like I was in good hands. One thing I especially appreciated was how fair and honest he was throughout the entire project. I never once felt like I was being upsold or taken advantage of, a refreshing change. Jason was straightforward, transparent, and genuinely seemed focused on doing what was RIGHT rather than what would make him the most money. That level of integrity is hard to find and meant a lot to me. And it’s just GOOD business. What also impressed me was his communication. He kept me informed, sent photos and updates without me even having to ask, and always took the time to answer questions. You can tell he’s thoughtful, intelligent, and genuinely cares about doing things the right way. The quality of the work was excellent, but honestly, the experience was just top notch. It’s rare these days to find someone who takes such pride in his work. Jason combines technical expertise with such outstanding customer service. Jason is the kind of contractor you hope to find. I would hire Roofing Done Right again without hesitation and will gladly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work done. Thank you to Jason and his family and Roofing Done Right, for making what could have been a stressful project such a positive experience.

My experience with Jason & Roofing Done Right was nothing but phenomenal. Called on a weekend and was able to get a response. Just so happened to be in the area and was able to provide a quote same day. The job was done professionally and looks great. Highly recommend to everyone.

A+++ recommended. Mr.Jason and his crew did an outstanding job tying into the existing metal roof. Immediate and more than reasonable quote after seeing the house, was onsite with material delivered, and getting after it soon after.
