  Robert Rau is an absolute asset to the Coastal Elite team. To put it simply, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Robert throughout our entire roof replacement, and he made it seamless from beginning to end. While we assumed replacing a roof would be one the most stressful undertakings of home ownership, it proved to be anything but. From our first call to Coastal to inquire about repairs, Robert called us back within minutes. No other company we contacted could fit us in for weeks, but Robert made an appointment for us within a matter of days. He arrived right on time and performed a thorough assessment. Since we had no idea of the full extent of the damage, Robert guided us through everything he saw and even took video footage so we could see it for ourselves; something that would have been impossible for us to obtain on our two-story home. Instead of just patching our storm damage up with quick-fix repairs, Robert navigated the process to successfully get us approved for a full roof replacement with Class 3 impact-resistant architectural shingles. He walked us through all of our options and helped us select the perfect shade to complement our home's exterior. It's a significant upgrade from our previous builder-grade shingles, adding noticeable dimension and giving the whole house a fresh look. Beyond aesthetics, what stood out most is that Coastal clearly prioritizes long-term performance. They upgraded our underlayment barrier and added ice and water protection to ensure everything underneath is actually built to last. His transparency, incredible communication, and genuine care made what could have been an overwhelming project completely stress-free. The entire crew was professional and fast, getting a potentially 2-3 day project completed in less than a day.
