  God-awful company. They don't actually employ any of their roofing teams. Everything is run with subcontractors and a couple of cell phones. They basically divorce you once they get paid.

  Hello again Kevin. When you raised concern about a possible leak on your rental property, I personally went on the roof and removed the shingles in the area you pointed out to physically prove that there wasn't a leak and the marks you were observing were nothing more than dirt that splashed off the gutters and onto the soffit. I removed and reinstalled two bundles of shingles and didn't charge you for it. Thankfully, I still have the photos and videos of that inspection showing that the CDX was bone dry. However, the accusation that we ignored you after getting paid is the furthest thing from the truth. My office and myself called and texted you repeatedly to coordinate a time when we could go out to your rental properties (tenants need a 24 hour notice). Thankfully, I kept a phone record of our attempts to contact you. Long story short, if you have leaks, call us, we'll be out.

  Hello, I apologize but the owner was out on military duty for the duration of when you were trying to call him for a follow on estimate. Our office number and estimators number will always be active but unfortunately there are times when the owner is unavailable via cell for extended periods of time during prolonged military exercises.

  I had my roof done by Roof Tec. They did a decent job. A week or so after I noticed I could hear a lot of exterior noise in my bathroom. I thought I would check the skylight and found that it was not attached to the frame and just sitting there. I called roof tec and they said we'll be out on Monday. They never showed up nor did they call or text. I texted them and they said we had to be in Bellevue and all the way to Bremerton. They said we might be able to come Wednesday. They did not come or contact me. Meanwhile I have 2 skylights that were never screwed in to their frames on the room. The crease in the flashing is propping one end higher so the skylight is not seated (or level) and creating a convection cold draft in the house.......I am a contractor and have a lot of compassion for other contractors, but this is what is, it sucks!

  Hi John, unfortunately we’re only in Seattle once a week (Monday). Unfortunately on the day you notified us about the skylights, we had 16 jobs on the schedule that day and tried to get back to you same day but it would need to be one week until we can get out there again. At the time of writing it’s less than a week since we spoke.

  I contacted them in June. Andrew came out and said that he would give me a bid on an a resurfacing of a deck/roof the next day. Six weeks went by. I called again. My calls were ignored. Not professional. I also would give Roof Tec no stars if it was possible.

  If I could have given no stars it would have been more fitting. They were supposed to come out to my house to do a moss treatment and show up between 12-5pm. I took the afternoon off from work and waited for them to show up. It was close to 5 and I reach out to Stephanie who said that she just spoke to Andrew and they are still on their way. Just before I called, I sent an email asking were they were at. Andrew called back within 10 minutes of my call with Stephanie and said ther propellers on their drone had broken earlier and we were going to re-schedule. Obviously they hadn’t coordinated the bs they were telling customers. They never bother to call at any point in the day to give me an update. They never said I didn’t have to be at the house. Andrew told me he would call me back the following morning to give me an update. Never heard back but they still charged my credit card. This is the second time I bought their bs. Don’t use them and waste your time and money. Terrible customer service.

  Roof Tec was the second quote I received and the difference between the two was unbelievable. No regrets going with the much lower quote as the job they did was exceptional. Very hardworking, ethical, and thorough. I had a very mossy roof and messy gutters and they took care of the problem without shame. All around very easygoing and friendly,, a pleasure to work with! From scheduling via text to the work being completed, it was a fantastic and simple process. The roof, gutters, and skylights look awesome! We plan to have them beck every year now. Highly recommend!

  Andrew and crew gave us a fair price and completed the work on time and on budget. Awesome to work with a locally-owned company. Andrew came out and walked my roof with me, pointing out things I should repair now, stuff that could wait, and stuff I didn't need to worry about. Can't recommend this company highly enough.
