  I had a shockingly bad experience with Hood Canal Roofing. We’re getting bids for our roof remodel and was given the phone number for Jake from this company by a neighbor. Called the number in the middle of a weekday and when he answered I simply said, “Hello, I’d like to schedule an estimate for our roof please.” That’s literally all I said. He responded by swearing at me, calling me a derogatory term and hanging up on me. Double and triple checked to make sure I had dialed the right number and I did. I honestly don’t get it. Who does that?! Shared this experience with the other companies we’re getting estimates from and found out that this company was started by disgruntled workers who left another company after stealing a lot of their equipment. Not sure why this happened but I will forever tell anyone considering going through this company exactly what my experience with them was and encourage them to steer very clear. As unprofessional as it can get!

  I think anyone reading this (prospective customers or anyone who has ever actually contacted us) would quickly realize that this is a feeble and slanderous attempt to tarnish an amazing team. The statements made by this person (real or fictitious) are untrue and have no merit. The term “disgruntled” is also a farce. We have an amazing team with incredibly happy humans who care deeply for everyone we service or care to reach out for assistance.   The team at HCR was amazing! The crew was fast, efficient and very attentive to keeping the work area orderly. I know all roof situations differ, but ours was a challenge in the amount of decay of our sheathing. They were able to tear the entire roof in one day and install the entire new roof the next. They even improved upon some of the shortcomings of the original builders. By improving our ventilation and materials used, our new roof will outlast the previous with better air quality inside our house. We just couldn't be happier with the quality, price and customer service of Hood Canal Roofing.

  Brian Foley has replaced an A-typical roof for me in the past, and I had him replace a couple cracked plastic exhaust vents on another roof recently. Hood Canal Roofing is a top notch local company that I highly recommend because I have been nothing but happy with their service.
