Great Job repairing my flat roof and then coating whole flat section of my patio roof with foam. Chris is the owner’s name. Company repaired the flat section of my roof over my back patio in Sun City Grand in Surprise, AZ. Replaced rotted plywood. Added roofing material then spray foam coated the whole flat section of the roof. Great work. Quickly done. Reasonable price. Knowledgeable owner Chris. Nice guy. 5 stars!

We got 3 quotes for our roof replacement and chose another company first but pricing was similar. That company sent workers over to the house to grab a shingle sample without alerting me (but having called me at the same time to ask me about something - luckily my husband was home to alert me) and then didn't show up on time when it was stressed at booking that time was important, also with no communication at all on tardiness, I waited 45 minutes and then had to call them. We cancelled for that day and never heard from them again. I was pleased with Chris's (the owner) customer service to begin with so I was happy to reach back out and move forward with Roof Tec instead. Price range was exactly what we were looking for. He had taken the the time to go over options per my request even after I had said we were going elsewhere (I was already having doubts so turns out my instinct was right). Chris honored our quote and got us scheduled that same week. The suppliers were early, parked outside waiting for daylight- which was pleasing to see. Workers were on time as well. It ended up taking 2 days instead of 1 because we had 2 layers of roof but Chris explained why that is hard to determine until they get up there and start demo-ing. The workers were a little delayed in tarping over the bushes etc (starting demo before they put out tarps) but it was OK nothing was damaged. We do have some scratches on a couple screens from falling debris during demo. Not sure how that would be avoided but just a heads up in case it helps. Chris stopped by both days to oversee and communicate with us. Definitely recommend & would 100% use again.

I've worked with a number of roofers in the past, but this one is really good. They have performed an excellent job maintaining and inspecting my roof, and their service has been incredibly dependable. The team performed an excellent job with the inspection, and they were efficient and polite.
