We help Ypsilanti homeowners cut winter bills and stay comfortable. Upgrading attic insulation and sealing air leaks can lower heating costs by 10–20% in a typical single‑family home while reducing draftiness and the risk of ice dams. We pair high‑R‑value insulation with proper attic ventilation for better performance — coordinated installs by our licensed technicians mean fewer callbacks and faster results.
