  I hired them to reset my gutters and have them flow towards the downspouts as they are sagging in places. Shared ahead of time that they are older copper gutters, and verified that wouldn’t be a problem. They came out unannounced several months later, spent an hour. No follow up just send me a bill for almost $300 which I paid but shouldn’t have. Absolutely no change in the gutters still sagging and spilling over. Called and talk to the older lady who I believe is the owner explain the situation and request a refund which was refused not very politely. Stated reason they came out regardless however, there’s no change in the actual problem I wanted fixed which was shared ahead of time.

  Thank you Jordan for your feedback. We’re sorry there was a misunderstanding regarding the scope of work completed. This service took place approximately 7 months ago on older, half-round copper gutters, which are not a system that we installed or we typically service. At that time, the gutters were heavily clogged and overflowing, so our crew completed a full cleaning, and made a good-faith effort to improve performance by caulking numerous seams and end-caps where possible. We only charged our minimum service fee of $245 for the gutter cleaning — we did not charge for any repair work. We were not made aware of any ongoing concerns until your recent call, several months after the service was completed. While we always aim for the best possible outcome, older specialty gutter systems like these often require more extensive repair or replacement beyond standard service. We do apologize for any miscommunication and appreciate the opportunity to clarify.

  15 years after install I've found 3 leaks on my roof. Basically no flashing just tar and granule. Couldn't dislike art lock shingles any less. If I only knew better at the time they wouldn't have gotten away with such poor workmanship.

  Too busy to help. When my gutters started pulling away from my house in the back I called Kleinschmidt to see if they could repair it. They scheduled someone to come out 10 days later to do the repair and give me an estimate on leaf guards. That was longer than I wanted to wait, but what can you do? 10 days passed and they sent a salesman out who was in no way willing or able to do the repair. He took measurements and left. Maybe they'd do the repair in 8 weeks, I was told. Thanks for nothing. Time to find a company that hasn't gotten too busy to help new customers and wont lie to me about what they're going to do when.

  I had a beautiful new roof installed yesterday by R.D. Kleinschmidt, and I can't say enough about how pleased I am! For starters, no pushy salesman! Jake was a great guy to work with. Very, very kind and helpful. On Installation day, the crew showed up right on time and got to work covering the landscaping, patio, and yard with tarps all the way around the house. The entire crew was friendly and courteous, and hard working! They finished in one day, and I was surprised at the amount of time they spent cleaning up, right down to every scrap of plastic, and absolutely no nails, staples, etc could be found anywhere. They will definitely be my go-to company in the future for any of the services they provide. Thank you, R.D. Kleinschmidt!

  Jake and his team were great and quick. He kept me informed all day and they cleaned up the yard so well. Everyone on his team was kind and polite. The price was reasonable and Randy and Ryan from the office were also great to work with. 10/10 recommend

  I am very happy that I went with Kleinschmidt for my roofs on my barn and house. They were extremely competitive in price. But their quality exceeds their price.
