  The receptionist is very friendly, The technician that came out was also friendly, while he was here. So why 1 star? Before I booked this service I made sure that the inspection would result in this company letting me know how to get my leaky roof to stop leaking. Inspection results would include detailed information such as what they observed was wrong and what they did to correct the issue including product used and life expectancy in the product used so I could properly maintain the repair going forward. After being assured this could be done I booked the service. The inspector came out and let me know the sealing that was done was not the correct type and was wearing off, causing my leak and therefore mold issue in my bathroom ceiling. He let me know for $350 that day he could reseal all my vents on my roof and I should be in the clear. I paid the money and the job was done in no time, he let me know that in about 10 minutes from ending his repair I would receive the report which was great news. A few days later a storm rolled through and I heard the dreaded drip. The leak was not fixed and I reported that I was still hearing the drip. The receptionist said she'd let the tech know. Nothing happened. I reported it again, same thing. No response, nothing happened. I called consistently, almost daily for over a week and a half to check on the status of receiving this detailed inspection report I was told over and over would be right on its way to me and finally after almost 2 weeks of begging to get it I got a picture of a piece of paper with the most vague report I have ever seen that detailed nothing I was told would be on there and a chunk of pictures with no description as to if it was before or after "repair" and where on my roof it was. The entire reason I went with this company. This was upsetting but it got worse. When I called back to ask for a more detailed report I was told they'd get the tech in touch with me.   Jimmy showed up when he said. He appeared to love what he does. He installed a ceiling fan, put some flooring down in bathroom as well as replaced rotted deck boards. Cleaned up after he was finished. Will definitely be using Jimmy and Roof Ryders again.

  Just got my new roof installed Wednesday. These guys did a great job and there was not one single bit of mess left behind. You'd never know they were here if not for the new roof 😆 They do more than just roofing too!!

  Randy Waggoner came out to inspect a very small area of our roof we thought was leaking. He looked it over and assured us a very minor repair we could do ourselves would be all that was needed. His honesty and friendliness has earned all of our future roofing business when needed. Thank you :)

  Roof Ryders did an excellent job installing the roof on our home! They have a great crew who kept the job site clean. Randy Waggoner i was wonderful to work with on planning and installation. To top it off, Justin, the owner of Roof Ryders checked to see if we were pleased with the job and inquired about the work of his staff!

  I highly recommend Roof Ryders. JIMMY THACKER and his crew was professional, very knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish. They completed my shed repair in a timely manner with great workmanship. They went above and beyond what I expected. They paid attention to every detail and took pride in their work. I would not hesitate to use them again and will recommend to family and friends. Also, the office staff was friendly and courteous.

  Nov. Jimmy with Deep TX Roofing construction company came to give a bid for several small projects. We used them before and they did a great job outside. Issac and his crew are great. Randy Waggoner is awesome. So I figured 1st choice. We went with 1st project bath tub surround in white tile for a crisp clean look. So the crew of 2 came. Last of November. My husband was airlifted that morning..so I had no choice to leave my repair to get started with me not being home...Tub surround repair took about 8 days. After they left and my husband came home we noticed that it was all wrong. We was so upset it took me a while to say anything. We are in April Jimmy came to look and he was not happy after he reviewed my bathroom..He scheduled a new man Owen Carron to demo and start all over. Owen did a great job. I now have a beautiful bath surrounded. And when I go into my bathroom I have a smile. Wow, thank you all for making sure it was finished . Call Jimmy and have Owen to do the tile work. You will not be disappointed. Randy and Issac for outside your home. Great work. Justin owner of the construction company is a man that stands behind his work.
