The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Roof Restoration Technologies Incorporated. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

I own a 100,000 square-foot commercial building in Fraser MI, that has several roof sections that are over 30 years old. Steve provided a cost-effective quote to replace a portion of the roof and repair the remaining sections. The work was performed with the best craftsmanship, materials and the price was very reasonable. The team completed the work several years ago and the roof has been leak free ever since thank you Steve and your crew!

I called Steve with a last-minute request for a service call. I needed to add a piece of trim off my roof to divert some rain runoff. Steve was able to fit me in with same-day service. His team did an outstanding job with customer service and honest hard work.

A rare gem in a desert of headaches in the home improvement industry. If you need a roof over your head look no further. Updated 9/29 they are doing more work for us and I cannot say enough about how reliable and professional they are.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 7 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 7, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Roof Restoration Technologies Incorporated. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
