Not sure if it's because I am a woman, but this guy hustled me pretty good. I am really confused by the positive reviews. I have a couple holes in my siding that I wanted to quote a repair plus possible window wrapping. Their website says …

If you need a roof I’m sure Kash is fine but if you need any home improvement do not use this man. I’ve been in the trades for 20 years and his “ home improvement “ work is some of the worst I’ve seen. Definitely not a finish anything but a roofer or rough carpenter only. 2 pics added to show unfinished tile work that looks like garbage, no bullnose finish tile work is horrid, caulking is amateurish at best and many more . Totally ruined this remodel.

Had a very bad experience with this man he came over and gave an estimate of $689.00 to fix a leak on the quote he said the wood was rotted and he would remove the rooted wood and put 12” of flashing and replace rooted wood and paint to match existing color he came and finished the job and said he gives his customers 10% discount if I pay him cash so I did I said that was a lot of money for just 35 minutes work then he told me that the wood was not rotted and he didn’t need to paint it either. Well he then said that there was more damage and he would give me a $300 discount when he comes back in the spring because there is more damage on the roof. Now that we had rain 2 days ago the roof is leaking in the same place after just 3 weeks from the repair work. Be very careful with this person

We had a major issue with the front porch of our old farmhouse. MZK assessed the situation, explained all the things we needed to do to make our porch sturdy and safe, gave us a fair, itemized quote, then did the work well. We recommend them.

I asked MZK to come to my house to repair some broken shingles and a leaky vent boot after a hail storm last summer. Mr. Kash assessed the damage and said I probably needed a new roof. We were supposed to get a lot more rain the following day. After expressing my concerns he was willing to take some extra time before his next appointment and caulk the cracks in the vent boot (he explained this was a bandaid fix). He was very honest about his assessment of the damage. The caulk held until I could get my new roof installed. I regret not using MZK for my new roof, because I think they would've done a better job than the company I went with. I would gladly have MZK out to do any future work on my house.

The first thing I have to say about Kash is that he has a heart. For those of you who have had to deal with some of the shady low-lifes in this industry, that should be all you need to know before you call MZK. However, Kash is also ethical, competent, and fair in his pricing. He is flexible with his schedule, and accommodating to your schedule. He doesn't treat women like they don't know what they are talking about. He is respectful and polite. He initially helped me with a hole in my roof, and I have now come to rely on him for many projects around the house. He also has not let me down when it comes to referring me to someone for a problem he can't fix.....such as more advanced plumbing issues. The plumber he referred me to is a real gem. I am finally collecting a group of honest, trustworthy people to help me with home repair issues. For a recently divorced woman, living on her own for the first time, my three-year nightmare of dealing with one low-life after another for home repair issues has finally ended. I now have a solid person to turn to for advice. Thank you Kash!
