  I attempted to have flashing repaired on our home and unfortunately had a no-call no-show with a different company. Roof Masters was my second option. Roof Masters came highly recommended (I made a Facebook post online looking for recommendations for said repair) and it's really frustrating that this still has not been done. A Roof Masters representative called me and informed me that an employee would come out (the week of 11/4-11/8), look at the flashing and then proceed with the repair but they never showed up and no one called to reschedule. The following week I communicated with an employee via Facebook and was told that someone would call me (most likely on Tuesday as Monday was a holiday) and they'd come out after Veteran's Day. This unfortunately didn't happen and I've yet to hear from anyone. We're up to three no call, no shows. I would not suggest them nor would I try to use them in the future.

  Was told on the 6th somebody would be out to see us that day or next by afternoon. I asked for update on the 7th and was told the guy was on a job ahead of mine and would check for an ETA. ETA given? "Shortly" I guess to these people that's code for never with a fine print of "we're also not going to reply anymore." Do yourself a favor and go with somebody who can do something as simple as communicate and follow through on what they say. Fahey and Ridgeline will at least do that much.

  Is the roof on? Yes. But did they do a good job… that is the problem. For a high quality price, I got an average job that took way too long. The reason I paid a high price was under the presumption the roofers on my roof would be insured, yet the roofers that came out were obviously not insured! So where did the extra money I spent go? Secondly, when they said the job was done - husband inspected the roof and there was a big dent in the roof that would no doubt cause leaking. He took picture and they came to fix. BUT IT TOOK A MONTH TO FIX! Lastly, they took the remainder of materials from job site when they left. If I paid for the materials as a part of the job price, why was I not given money back for the materials taken that were left?? Would not recommend

  I have used this company with success for my roof . The problem is I have referred them to other customers like my daughter and son in law in Greenup Ky and they can’t get it right. There roof is less than a year old and have had constant leaks. Getting some one out there in a timely manner and to fix the problem correctly where it won’t leak and is done once and for all is a problem for this company. I would not and will not recommend again!!

  If you are looking for a roofing company that is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely dependable, look no further. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jason and the incredible service he provided. From the very start, he was reliable, deeply resourceful, and ready to help in any way he could. When I first reached out with my roofing concerns, Jason was here right away. He delivered fast, immediate service when it mattered most. It’s rare to find someone so attentive, but Jason saw exactly what needed to be fixed almost instantly. He diagnosed the problem right on the spot and quickly resolved the issue, handling the areas that needed urgent attention with absolute precision. They get the job done, and more importantly, they get it done right the first time. I am truly impressed by Jason’s craftsmanship, his work ethic, and his helpful attitude throughout the entire process. He made what could have been a very stressful situation completely hassle-free.   They did a great job on my roof replacement after a big storm. Payton was extremely helpful when talking to my insurance company. Roof Masters showed up when the guy from the insurance company was doing the estimate to talk with him. My insurance did not initially want to pay for the damaged roof and Payton was able to walk us through the whole process, and insurance agreed to replace my roof. The work crew had my house and garage roof completed in a just a little over a day, and it looks great. They did a fantastic job. Thanks!

  My roof was leaking after the tornados came through this area. I called Roof Masters and they responded quickly and stopped the leak with a repair, helped me file an insurance claim, got my whole roof replaced for what I thought I'd be paying for the repair.   Jason's crew completed 3 repairs on my roof. Communication was very good and the time frame in which the work was completed was reasonable. The cost seamed a bit high but we will see if the repairs are worth it once we have a good rainstorm again. If I don't have any leak I will be satisfied. Costs of everything have skyrocketed. Definetly recomed them if you need someone to at least look at your problem within a day or two. Jason and his son came out the same day of my call to assess the issues I was having.
